They could have said we can schedule a different time or something better then just a 1 line response. I can't speak for there work quality but 1 star for there customer service responses on yelp. *Update* - the owner did reach out and sincerely apologize for the response and personally came out and spoke with me and quoted me on my roofing situation. I cannot say any bad about the effort that was put forward to rectify is initial problem. Quote was very well put together and he explained everything very well. Overall, I have raised my initial 1 star review to a 4 star for the effort he put into to make things right and to correct this issue from happening to future customers.

The way he presented himself and his company with so much confidence and knowledge, convinced me this was the company to replace my roof. Andres came over to do an assessment and he even did a couple of complimentary patches on some leaks I had! I appreciated this. I felt he had MY BEST INTEREST IN MIND. You dont find this in roofing companies anymore! Everyone wants to upsell and overcharge. He was very upfront and gave some suggestions on my roof. My roof was installed yesterday!! Andres and Rafael, crew lead, and the whole team gave me a beautiful new roof! Level 4 WIND AND HAIL resistant Owens Corning Storm shingles!!! Perfect for my low slope roof. BeautifuI new attic vents! I even had a new dryer vent installed on the roof!! The next time it rains, I am going to have a SOUND SLEEP!! THANK YOU JESUS! The cleanup was amazing! NOT ONE NAIL was left with their magnetic tool. They had so much tarp everywhere covering my yard, front and back and sides, while they were working. They protected and covered everything. My yard looked cleaner AFTER they left than before they started. Thank you Jose, Andres, Rafael and the whole crew for a great job!! I love my new roof!!

VERY IMPRESSIVE :-D The software prompted us for details, photos, comments, etc... Then matched us with local Roofing Companies. Looking at the reviews, there was one that stood out for sure, and we had hopes they would be the ones available to come to our home. *****Atrium Roofing ***** All I can say is WOW! We did have urgency for an estimate because of the rain predicted to come this weekend and week. Our roof was compromised during the last big storm about 4 weeks ago and we have had leaking in our Master Bedroom :-(. Mr. Jose Puente communicated with us through my Yelp! App and we had secured an appointment with them right away. Mr. Andres Gomez came promptly to asses the damage and discuss our options. He was prompt, clear, kind, professional and not rushed at all. He took time with us. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED :-D Not only do we have confidence int Atrium Roofing for this and ANY future needs, but also in the ""Yelp! Projects Assistant"" feature. Having updates and communication right here on the App received so much stress, and knowing we had Yelp! to back us up was a relief. I cannot say enough about Yelp! and how incredibly helpful it is to have ALL of you (I am talking to you Lindsey M., Carolyn J., Kirk D., Jennifer M., Cindy Y. et al...) sharing your experiences and opinions. We ALWAYS check Yelp! before trying anything or anyplace new. THANKS Yelp! Family. Sincerely, ~LindaF

The sales manager was also extremely nice and supportive; even when I didn't buy what they were selling, he made it clear there were no hard feelings and offered to help with any future questions. Rhino seems like an amazing company when it comes to the physical work they do. However, Jimmy heavily stressed Rhino's "attention to detail," yet there were several dropped balls and inconsistencies in the back end of his pitch. For example, he boasted that Rhino relies purely on word of mouth, doesn't advertise, and keeps everyone in-house like a family without using contractors. But when I asked for a lawn sign, he told me he didn't carry them because he is a W-2 employee and only the "contractor employees" (door-to-door sales) carry them. Having door-to-door contractors completely contradicted his earlier claims. He also told me Rhino is exclusively in Texas, but I easily found reviews from out-of-state customers that were actively responded to by Rhino's director of marketing. While contractors and advertising are completely fine, the slip-ups in the pitch didn't align with the extreme attention to detail they promised. Additionally, while the presentation was top-tier, I kept looking and found an offer that severely beat Rhino's price for the exact same classifications of roofing plus more. Overall, they seem like a great roofing company, but they may not have the best prices and the sales team needs a bit more training to get their story straight.

This review is long overdue -- Paul Grew from Good Guys Home Inspection inspected my home back in…read morelate February 2025, and I'm still incredibly grateful for the service he provided. First, major kudos to Good Guys for their fair pricing. In a market where some inspectors charge $500 or more, their rates were refreshingly reasonable without sacrificing quality. This was my second home-buying experience, and I can confidently say my inspector from 2017 doesn't even come close to how awesome Paul was. The difference in quality, communication, and professionalism was night and day. Paul truly set a new standard for what a home inspection should be. As an active duty military member buying a new build remotely, I needed someone reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative -- and Paul checked every box. He's also prior military, and it shows. His professionalism, precision, and clear communication reflected the kind of discipline and care that comes from that background. From the start, Paul was personable and responsive. I actually called around during the Christmas holiday week, and he was one of the few who picked up the phone. He patiently answered all my questions, giving me genuine peace of mind without any salesy pressure or false promises. The home ended up needing three re-inspections before closing, and Paul never once rushed the process. He worked hand-in-hand with my realtor to make sure the builder addressed every single issue -- we were able to firmly delay closing until everything was properly resolved. His attention to detail was phenomenal. Though the report had a number of findings, the ones that stood out to me were nails protruding from the roof, gaps in the flooring, and a major gap in the roof fascia that would've easily let critters into the attic. I never would've caught those things on my own. If you're in the military or just want an honest, thorough inspector who truly advocates for you, I can't recommend Paul Grew enough. Even months later, I'm still thankful for how smooth and supported he made this process feel.
