They recommended Soukup Roofing and Juston Edwards came out and assessed it. Have a quote and the next week they went to work on it. Their team covered all of my stuff and worked quick. Replaced my window screens, gutters, shingles, underlayment, drip edges, and even cut new roof decking for damaged areas. They had the shingles all off in 2 hours, main roof installed new shingles in one day, and second day finished the gutters (machine shapes and cuts to size gutters on site for a long continuous piece) and tightened it all up. VERY IMPRESSIVE :-D The software prompted us for details, photos, comments, etc... Then matched us with local Roofing Companies. Four replied...ONE was contacting us almost immediately and continue the communication on Saturday and Sunday! Looking at the reviews, there was one that stood out for sure, and we had hopes they would be the ones available to come to our home. *****Atrium Roofing ***** All I can say is WOW! We did have urgency for an estimate because of the rain predicted to come this weekend and week. Our roof was compromised during the last big storm about 4 weeks ago and we have had leaking in our Master Bedroom :-(. Mr. Jose Puente communicated with us through my Yelp! App and we had secured an appointment with them right away. Mr. Andres Gomez came promptly to asses the damage and discuss our options. He was prompt, clear, kind, professional and not rushed at all. However, the last time they were here, they broke off a piece of roof trim to do a color match for paint. I have been waiting months for them to come back to do the work. Now we realized there is a leak under where they broke the trim off and we have damage to the ceiling under it. And worst of all, it looks like this COMPANY IS OUT OF BUSINESS which means that clearly they are not going to fix what they broke off and they are not going to take care of the damages resulting from what they did. SO FRUSTRATED!!' The worker had assured me that breaking off that small piece of trim was not going to cause any problems. I know my review is pointless since they appear to be out of business right now. But, if they ever reopen, please beware.
