The way he presented himself and his company with so much confidence and knowledge, convinced me this was the company to replace my roof. Andres came over to do an assessment and he even did a couple of complimentary patches on some leaks I had! I appreciated this. I felt he had MY BEST INTEREST IN MIND. You dont find this in roofing companies anymore! Everyone wants to upsell and overcharge. He was very upfront and gave some suggestions on my roof. My roof was installed yesterday!! Andres and Rafael, crew lead, and the whole team gave me a beautiful new roof! Level 4 WIND AND HAIL resistant Owens Corning Storm shingles!!! Perfect for my low slope roof. BeautifuI new attic vents! I even had a new dryer vent installed on the roof!! The next time it rains, I am going to have a SOUND SLEEP!! THANK YOU JESUS! The cleanup was amazing! NOT ONE NAIL was left with their magnetic tool. They had so much tarp everywhere covering my yard, front and back and sides, while they were working. They protected and covered everything. My yard looked cleaner AFTER they left than before they started. Thank you Jose, Andres, Rafael and the whole crew for a great job!! I love my new roof!!

Atrium Roofing (Projects Yelp!). 5/2/2026 --/--…read more We decided to use the ""Yelp! Projects Assistant"" feature for this query, for the first time. VERY IMPRESSIVE :-D The software prompted us for details, photos, comments, etc... Then matched us with local Roofing Companies. Four replied...ONE was contacting us almost immediately and continue the communication on Saturday and Sunday! Looking at the reviews, there was one that stood out for sure, and we had hopes they would be the ones available to come to our home. *****Atrium Roofing ***** All I can say is WOW! We did have urgency for an estimate because of the rain predicted to come this weekend and week. Our roof was compromised during the last big storm about 4 weeks ago and we have had leaking in our Master Bedroom :-(. Mr. Jose Puente communicated with us through my Yelp! App and we had secured an appointment with them right away. Mr. Andres Gomez came promptly to asses the damage and discuss our options. He was prompt, clear, kind, professional and not rushed at all. He took time with us. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED :-D Not only do we have confidence int Atrium Roofing for this and ANY future needs, but also in the ""Yelp! Projects Assistant"" feature. Having updates and communication right here on the App received so much stress, and knowing we had Yelp! to back us up was a relief. I cannot say enough about Yelp! and how incredibly helpful it is to have ALL of you (I am talking to you Lindsey M., Carolyn J., Kirk D., Jennifer M., Cindy Y. et al...) sharing your experiences and opinions. We ALWAYS check Yelp! before trying anything or anyplace new. THANKS Yelp! Family. Sincerely, ~LindaF

Luis was one of three that responded to my request. He was the only one to literally get up on my roof and inspect/identify the issue that needed to be resolved. His quote clearly laid out the repairs needed and how it would resolve my problem, along with photos of his findings. The others companies that responded either never showed up and only provided a quote based on what they thought was the issue based on my description of the roof or claimed to have flown a drone over my roof, but could not provide any pictures or explanation of what I needed repaired. Luis got me scheduled and repair was completed in a week's time. They provided pictures showing the work completed and the before/after has been eye opening! I'm very happy with my decision to go with Roofing Services Now!

They could have said we can schedule a different time or something better then just a 1 line response. I can't speak for there work quality but 1 star for there customer service responses on yelp. *Update* - the owner did reach out and sincerely apologize for the response and personally came out and spoke with me and quoted me on my roofing situation. I cannot say any bad about the effort that was put forward to rectify is initial problem. Quote was very well put together and he explained everything very well. Overall, I have raised my initial 1 star review to a 4 star for the effort he put into to make things right and to correct this issue from happening to future customers.

Arturo was very thorough inspecting the roof, garage ceiling & attic to determine the fix. He communicated everything to us, and provided detailed pictures of what and how he would fix the issue. They were able to schedule quickly, which took our worries away, and finished the job in a reasonable time. The sales manager was also extremely nice and supportive; even when I didn't buy what they were selling, he made it clear there were no hard feelings and offered to help with any future questions. Rhino seems like an amazing company when it comes to the physical work they do. However, Jimmy heavily stressed Rhino's "attention to detail," yet there were several dropped balls and inconsistencies in the back end of his pitch. For example, he boasted that Rhino relies purely on word of mouth, doesn't advertise, and keeps everyone in-house like a family without using contractors. But when I asked for a lawn sign, he told me he didn't carry them because he is a W-2 employee and only the "contractor employees" (door-to-door sales) carry them. Having door-to-door contractors completely contradicted his earlier claims. He also told me Rhino is exclusively in Texas, but I easily found reviews from out-of-state customers that were actively responded to by Rhino's director of marketing. While contractors and advertising are completely fine, the slip-ups in the pitch didn't align with the extreme attention to detail they promised. Additionally, while the presentation was top-tier, I kept looking and found an offer that severely beat Rhino's price for the exact same classifications of roofing plus more. Overall, they seem like a great roofing company, but they may not have the best prices and the sales team needs a bit more training to get their story straight.
