This was required for me to be able to put a new band on it or I would have needed to buy a new one. I figured someone with the right tools and experience with detail may be able to help, and that's when C&K electronics came to the rescue. Had a terrible experience with this company. Brought my computer in on a Tuesday morning and they…read moresaid the diagnostic would be done the next day. Didnt hear back so called at the end of the next day and they said they had not got to it and would followup. I waited two more days before going into the store and just getting my laptop back to take somewhere else. Also, beware they had told me there was a $60 diagnostics fee. If you look at their website it says FREE diagnostics, no catch, but at the store they said that's only if you are signed up for program. I never paid anyway since they didnt do anything with my computer. You are much better off going to a more reputable place like Best Buy's Geek Squad.
