When you buy a vehicle, the dealer is supposed to make you aware of any problems, so I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau and speaking with an attorney. I have never been lied to like she was lied to about a vehicle that cost $6,800.00. That's not alot of money for some people, but for a single mother, it's alot and it's about doing the right thing. I would be leary of this car dealer. They lie straight to your face and sale complete garbage for vehicles. They wouldn't even let her pay them to repair it, then trade it for a different vehicle. That says alot in itself. They don't even trust their on mechanics and won't trade a vehicle they sold less than two months ago for cash. All negotiations were conducted by text message and are documented in writing. I was clearly told that sales tax was included in the out-the-door price. I even have a photo of their computer screen showing the calculated Georgia sales tax (within about $100 of the correct amount), along with screenshots of all our price negotiations. We agreed on a price pending an independent inspection from a local shop -- an inspection they initially told me was unnecessary because they had already completed a "127-point inspection" themselves and through the auction. The independent inspection revealed several costly issues, including ball joints with an estimated repair cost of approximately $2,500. Based on those findings, we renegotiated and agreed on a revised out-the-door price. I informed them I would be paying cash via cashier's check and driving four hours each way to complete the purchase. They assured me the paperwork would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting that everything matched our written agreement and did not re-review the paperwork carefully before signing. Later, I discovered that the Georgia sales tax had been removed from the deal, effectively increasing my cost by over $1,100 when I went to register the vehicle at the tag office. An "out-the-door" price has a clear meaning, especially when sales tax is explicitly discussed and documented. I have written proof of the agreement and will be submitting all documentation to the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs regarding deceptive practices and bait-and-switch conduct. I was essentially lied to. Their word and promises all changed last minute. This dealership does not truly stick to their word or promises and is not honest. I sent a few recent texts today in which I didn't receive any responses or correspondence from so that means I'm being ghosted, which is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. If you have a choice and especially from my recent experience here, do not do business with this dealership because it's not a good feeling what I went through and I'd hate for you to have to go through what I did too. Save yourself the pain and agony. How does someone not stick to their word is truly beyond me. I was not taken care of as I was promised I would be. They handled all of the communications with insurance, which was a huge weight off of my shoulders. Not that I cared since it was going through insurance, but their pricing was very reasonable. The quality of the work is impeccable. I have no idea how, but they matched the exact spray pattern that was on the rest of the panels from the factory. This is far more difficult than achieving a flawless mirror style finish, and the end result is that it looks like the panel is the original one that came on the truck. Panel gaps are good too. They also gave a lifetime warranty on the work, which I don't anticipate ever needing but is nice to have for peace of mind.

I did feel as if I was nickel and dime as well. Also was asked to pay in advance for the oil change and tire rotation. Friday, services weren't going to be rendered until Monday . On another note because of the advertisement of complete auto care I asked if they detailed or fixed a few pieces on my Chevy Tahoe that were fading out and said all I can do is possibly get a leather conditioner or no we cannot fix that part.
