He was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He attempted to plunge the toilet, but as expected, it needed to be augered. He then presented the price: $250 just to auger the toilet. I declined, and the visit ended up being a $76 fee for about 15 minutes of confirming what I already knew. Again, the technician himself was great -- friendly and respectful -- but the company's pricing and marketing feel misleading. Advertising a low-cost evaluation only to charge $250 for a very standard service comes across as deceptive and predatory. If you need drain clearing, I strongly recommend Pipe Wrench instead. They offer $99 drain cleaning with no service fee, and in my experience, they've been far more transparent and fair.

Well, I had to call them again just before Christmas for the same drain and found out that I had concrete piping that was causing the plug. We paid in full before they even stepped foot on the property, and it is now clear that was a calculated move to secure our money without any intention of delivering the promised results. In December 2025, after two failed attempts to even show up, they sent a technician to assess a leak in our pool and spa. We were promised a comprehensive report to hand over to our pool company for repairs. When I followed up, I was told it would take "a few days." It is now late March, and after four months of calling, texting, and emailing, I have received nothing but silence. They have either blocked my number or folded as a business--either way, their conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable. Be warned: I have already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges for services not rendered. Furthermore, I am filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and relevant state consumer protection agencies to ensure other homeowners are not scammed by this outfit. I have every receipt and text message documented to prove this gross negligence. Avoid this company at all costs.
