Shaun did the estimate and helped to get everything set up. Even getting the state inspector to come by on an off day for the area. Randall, Matthew and Jody did the bulk of the work with Dustin coming in and doing some finish up work. It was a large job but I finally got the correct outlet for the dryer, all electrical up to code and had everything completed in a day, even the labeling of the panel. We also had them install a tankless water heater and garbage disposal. Due to the scale and scope of the job we had the opportunity to work with about ten of the guys, all licensed plumbers. They did an excellent job getting this house in shape. All new water lines, drain lines, water heater, shower fixtures, toilet, etc. Every person was courteous, on time and nice to work with. Our job is now complete and I have the piece of mind that our new systems have warranties to keep them running smoothly should we encounter any problems. I'd recommend doing plumbing once and being done over tiny, bandaid fixes, which don't solve the issues.

He was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He attempted to plunge the toilet, but as expected, it needed to be augered. He then presented the price: $250 just to auger the toilet. I declined, and the visit ended up being a $76 fee for about 15 minutes of confirming what I already knew. Again, the technician himself was great -- friendly and respectful -- but the company's pricing and marketing feel misleading. Advertising a low-cost evaluation only to charge $250 for a very standard service comes across as deceptive and predatory. If you need drain clearing, I strongly recommend Pipe Wrench instead. They offer $99 drain cleaning with no service fee, and in my experience, they've been far more transparent and fair.

He came to my home at 9:30 PM and stayed until my drain was open even though he was due to go on vacation that evening! I felt relieved that Barry let me watch him work and told me what he was doing step-by-step and then gave me advice about what he thought the actual problem was. Well, I had to call them again just before Christmas for the same drain and found out that I had concrete piping that was causing the plug. Barry walked me outside and show me what to do to locate the drain and offered to come and help me replace the sewer lines on the Saturday after Christmas! The Saturday after Christmas folks! We paid in full before they even stepped foot on the property, and it is now clear that was a calculated move to secure our money without any intention of delivering the promised results. In December 2025, after two failed attempts to even show up, they sent a technician to assess a leak in our pool and spa. We were promised a comprehensive report to hand over to our pool company for repairs. When I followed up, I was told it would take "a few days." It is now late March, and after four months of calling, texting, and emailing, I have received nothing but silence. They have either blocked my number or folded as a business--either way, their conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable. Be warned: I have already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges for services not rendered. Furthermore, I am filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and relevant state consumer protection agencies to ensure other homeowners are not scammed by this outfit. I have every receipt and text message documented to prove this gross negligence. Avoid this company at all costs.
