I found him by all his 5-star reviews on the internet. Jason was professional, helpful and kind. He listened to my need, asked for photos to help him identify the issue prior to arrival, and came first thing the next morning with his son Caleb (who is being trained and is a great sidekick helping his dad). Jason quickly identified the problem that required replacing a grounding wire for the new digital dryer technology and to ensure safety. He said he would also install a new breaker and place the new outlet in a more convenient spot for installation of the new W/D set. He made arrangements to come back the following morning with the needed supplies. It is an older, solid-built home. It wasn't an easy fix and required patience and persistence especially to get the line through small and thick materials within confined spaces. They worked tirelessly to complete the job without complaint and were kind and provided explanation throughout the process. Jason also looked at my dishwasher to determine that there was no power and found the problem to be at the junction at the floor. He corrected that, but the dishwasher is older and is not working correctly and is being replaced. He deemed it was a problem with the dishwasher and not an electrical issue. I am extremely satisfied with Jason and his son Caleb, the knowledge they brought, their attention to detail, the tenacity to complete the work professionally in a timely manner, and their kindness and reassurance to me. We made 1 change to the scope of the work. Victor told us via email that he would price the exhaust fan/light combo and get back with us. By 6/23 I had not heard back so I sent an email to Victor asking for a status but did not receive a response. I also called Lloyd's the next day to ask for a status and was told that they are really busy and a message will be left for Victor. Unfortunately, no response was received. On Friday 8/15 I called Lloyd's and spoke with Steve in Sales. I explained that we have simplified the project and have purchased the lighting we would like to have installed. I told Steve that we want to use Lloyd's because of the good work they have done previously. Steve told me that he would talk to Victor on Tuesday 8/19 and would get back to me. After not hearing back from Steve by Wednesday 8/20, I called and left a message for Steve.
