From my first conversation with Nicki, to set an initial appointment, to Pete who came to quote an estimate; where they were able to beat all their competition sizably, and I promise you I shopped a bunch, prices ranged from $1600.00 to $700.00 and everything in-between, I received at least 6 estimates. We had them come out for HVAC annual service and they service tech said it was fine and needed no service. Then they billed us the entire amount for service. When we questioned the large bill for not doing any service, the rep said we were over billed by tech. They said they would destroy the check in the techs custody upon return I g to shop. They asked for our credit card over the phone for the smaller correct amount. They later never destroyed the check and cashed it. We called and they said it was a mistake and they would issue a refund check in 3 days. 2 weeks later...nothing. Called again and told the One Service Pros merged with All Star and they had no idea. They would "research" the issue and call back. So far, nothing. Don't use them! They don't have good customer service and I'm sure the One service Pros knew when we called that they were merging with new company and didn't care to help use for double charging. read more

I was charged $178 by a technician who ran my shower for a half hour and flushed my toilet multiple times. Within 10 minutes the same problem I was having was back. When I called the company, they wanted to send the same technician who told me multiple times he didn't want to have to run a cable down my lines I canceled and I would never ever refer anyone to them. I requested a quote to run a power line 50' to my shed and to connect the line from one breaker to the other. Also, to clean up a power box by removing several electrical lines. (It took me 15 minutes to complete.). I received a quote for over $3,000. I elected to do it myself. Maybe a good company but you're going to pay dearly! read more

Called for my tankless water heater which was dead and was 4 months old. The technician said it was defective and I needed to return it, I drove 50 miles and bought a new one. The next day a friend checked the electric circuits and found a bad breaker he replaced it and all is well. I almost spent hundreds of dollars for no reason and did pay a service charge for no reason. Not happy with this company. read more

Responded quickly to a sewer backup for me 10pm on a Saturday night. My sewer line goes across mine & my neighbors home. The block was far out. Their line snake could not reach such an enormous length. They were very professional & did not charge me anything even though they came out so late on a Saturday night & took time trying to snake the line. I was very impressed I wasn't charged.
