I hung up and called Weaver Heating & Air instead and left a message. Oczavier called me back promptly. We communicated via text message after that. This company was terrific from start to finish…read more From my first conversation with Nicki, to set an initial appointment, to Pete who came to quote an estimate; where they were able to beat all their competition sizably, and I promise you I shopped a bunch, prices ranged from $1600.00 to $700.00 and everything in-between, I received at least 6 estimates. I can only tell you it pays to shop! Most importantly, the service installers, they came prepared, and ready to do the job. When we questioned the large bill for not doing any service, the rep said we were over billed by tech. They said they would destroy the check in the techs custody upon return I g to shop. They asked for our credit card over the phone for the smaller correct amount. They later never destroyed the check and cashed it. We called and they said it was a mistake and they would issue a refund check in 3 days. 2 weeks later...nothing. Called again and told the One Service Pros merged with All Star and they had no idea. They would "research" the issue and call back. So far, nothing. Don't use them! They don't have good customer service and I'm sure the One service Pros knew when we called that they were merging with new company and didn't care to help use for double charging.

David took the unit apart, and in removing the drain pan he found a buildup the was keeping the pan from emptying totally. He proceeded to remove the blower which definitely needed service and clean and reassemble the unit. He the checked the split system, put anti sludge that I had in the drain pan, flushed the drain and then clean both the outside units. We scheduled service for next year.

Needed to call a plumber because my kitchen sink would not drain. It had a clog that no amount of…read morechemical drain openers or the snake that I rented could clear. I tried everything and spent several days working on this because I hate to call a plumber if it is something I can do myself. Turns out, this was not something I could do. Darn. Someone suggested Forrest the Plumber, I called him, and he sent out his guy the next day with a contraption called a chain snake or something like that. It had two large pieces of chain link on the end and where it attached it could spin "inside" another housing that he fed down the pipe. He guaranteed it would clear the pipe and "keep it clear" up to one year or he'd return and do it again for FREE! It cleared it. It cost almost $400 though, but what are you going to do? If it clogs again, I will definitely call him. It has been a month or so and still working!
