When we questioned the large bill for not doing any service, the rep said we were over billed by tech. They said they would destroy the check in the techs custody upon return I g to shop. They asked for our credit card over the phone for the smaller correct amount. They later never destroyed the check and cashed it. We called and they said it was a mistake and they would issue a refund check in 3 days. 2 weeks later...nothing. Called again and told the One Service Pros merged with All Star and they had no idea. They would "research" the issue and call back. So far, nothing. Don't use them! They don't have good customer service and I'm sure the One service Pros knew when we called that they were merging with new company and didn't care to help use for double charging.

Excellent service. We have two units a mini split and a standard heat pump. The mini split had an…read moreodor that you know is the need to have the unit cleaned. David took the unit apart, and in removing the drain pan he found a buildup the was keeping the pan from emptying totally. He proceeded to remove the blower which definitely needed service and clean and reassemble the unit. He the checked the split system, put anti sludge that I had in the drain pan, flushed the drain and then clean both the outside units. We scheduled service for next year.
