I had this company out for what should have been a straightforward shower cartridge replacement,…read moreand the whole experience left a bad taste. To start, the plumber was friendly enough, but within minutes of arriving, he pivoted straight into trying to sell me a $5,000 water softener system. I don't know when every service call turns into a retail sales pitch, but it's exhausting. I declined and asked to stick to the actual issue. From there, things got worse. Before even inspecting the cartridge or looking behind the wall, he began suggesting a much more invasive (and expensive) solution involving cutting an access panel into my bedroom wall and potentially replacing surrounding plumbing. Again, this was all before any real attempt to diagnose the problem. When I pushed back and said I just wanted the cartridge replaced, I was quoted around $500. High, but fine. Then, after about 30 seconds of trying, he claimed the faucet "wouldn't come off" and immediately went back to pushing the wall-cutting option. I decided to hold off and take a look myself after he left. The faucet was stuck, sure--but with a Dremel, I had it off in under two minutes. A quick trip to Lowe's, about $150 in parts, and an hour of work later, everything is fixed. No leaks, no wall damage, no unnecessary upsell. End result: I saved somewhere between $350 and $1,000, depending on which route they were trying to steer me toward. I don't expect miracles, but I do expect an honest attempt to fix the actual problem before jumping to the most expensive option. This felt far more like a sales call than a service call. Would not use again.

Asked…read moreabout upgrading the panel due to the house being so old and no labels and adding an upgraded line for the dryer. Gave me a quote on Monday and was able to do the work on Thursday. Shaun did the estimate and helped to get everything set up. Even getting the state inspector to come by on an off day for the area. Randall, Matthew and Jody did the bulk of the work with Dustin coming in and doing some finish up work. It was a large job but I finally got the correct outlet for the dryer, all electrical up to code and had everything completed in a day, even the labeling of the panel. So very greatful for the quick timing. Will definitely be calling them for future electrical and plumbing needs. Thanks Again!

They came in over the period of about 4 months to do each phase of work as the addition was built, and they were unfailingly professional, thorough, and prompt to respond when we needed them. Their pricing was fair, and we were confident in the quality of their work, which they guaranteed. Our city inspector was really impressed with the master control board they installed in our basement, and we passed every plumbing inspection with ease. Living through a project like ours was stressful (understatement), and on a couple of occasions the plumbers' sense of humor likely saved me from going on a homicidal rampage. As is evident by their company name, these guys like a good joke. Maybe the highest praise I can give is that my dog loved them and will be sad to see her plumber friends go.
