When you are having issues with your HVAC it is stressful and all you can think is "what is this…read moregoing to cost". We had used other services in the area that were incredibly ineffective. So, we reached out to friends in the area and they suggested Rob at Climatize. Their team came in, spent time figuring out the issue, tried different things and really researched the problem. They had to come out twice because they didn't want replace an expensive part if it didn't have to be. Unfortunately, it did turn out to be the issue but they didn't charge another service call. They were very thorough, replaced the part and then made some suggestions for future improvements but were not pushy. When the time came to make those improvements they were exactly who we called. They try to find the most economical way to do things and actually know what they are talking about. He discovered a small leak in a relief valve, repaired it and topped off the refrigerant. The unit is now cooling properly.
