They cover a large area throughout East Tennessee and the estimate process can last a while; given their attention to detail and planning of different options for the various home owners. They will not rush their estimates and take their time to try and create a build to match the vision(s) of the specific homeowners. Because of the attention to their customer's vision(s), we also experienced some untimeliness on our first estimate but, feel it was totally worth the wait. We've experienced a lot of no shows and non-communication from other contractors but, that's typical of construction businesses in this area. Sometimes you just have to be patient and with Estrada IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!! Ultimately, Estrada Decking built a beautiful new deck for our home, about a year ago, and we couldn't be happier with the experience and final result. We were so happy with their work that we contacted them again to provide an estimate for a matching lower deck. And, like the first estimate, we had to wait a little while to get them out but, once they arrived, we discussed several options for creating something that WE would be happy with. We have also contacted other local contractors but, decided to go with Estrada given their customer recommendations and after seeing their quality of work. He and his crew did an excellent job installing the gate at a great price. I really appreciated that he worked my very small job into his schedule even though he had several large jobs his crews were working on. I was so pleased with the work they did that I also asked Adam and his team to construct a low patio/deck in the dogs' enclosure to put their new dog house on. This was another small job and I got the same excellent quality work and great price! The dog house can now be out of the mud and snow and the dogs will stay a lot warmer this winter. We wanted the AC checked in our travel trailer and we were quoted a price which we agreed on. He literally opened the AC cover on the roof of the trailer and said it was fine. We went in to find that he'd done nothing inside the trailer to the AC. The filter was dirty, needing cleaned and had he opened it he'd have seen it needed cleaning. We did not have a price for the caulking and would never had agreed had we known his price. We were rather shocked when our bill was $205 over the amount we were quoted for a few spots that needed caulking. Once we started questioning him he gave several "reasons" for his charges. To make matters worse it seems his credit card machine wasn't working so we had to pay cash, how convenient that he's gouged us and we have no recourse. BUYER BEWARE AND WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM!

We also had them add a screened in porch with entrance off the deck and from living room. They completely upgraded the exterior with new siding and stacked stone around the entrance and front of the house.
