I contacted Stone's Plumbing, who said he would arrive between 10 and 11 am on Thursday. Twenty minutes before 10, he called to reschedule for the next morning between 10 and 11. When Friday arrived, I had to text Stone's Plumbing around 11:15 to confirm if he was still coming. He called me and said he couldn't make it and would reschedule for the next morning. I then called Mr. Rooter again, who had referred me to Panky. Panky assured me he would be able to get my drainage working that day. He understood the inconvenience of our situation as a family of 5. By 5pm, Panky had my septic tank pumped, and my house was draining properly. He helped explain how the septic system works and made sure we had proper drainage before he left. I am very grateful for him and his partner coming out and helping us. I would definitely call him again if I have any other issues or need a pump in the future.

He came out and did his walk-around, getting measurements and identifying anything of note. He made some recommendations that were exactly what we wanted done. After deciding a color, we approved the (what I thought was a very low) cost and scheduled the installation. Weather and his workload had us anxiously waiting for a bit, but things cleared and we were next up. The whole crew showed, including Ryan, early and were done in a few mere hours. During that time, I had the chance to talk to his crew members. All were very polite and friendly. I heard them telling each other jokes and one was even singing to himself.
