Upon inspection in the attic is was not cleaned up as they said it would be. In summary, nice people, check their work, if something seems more expensive than it should be, get a second opinion. Be suspicious of "problems" that need to be addressed.

This wasted 5 days of my time!When we asked to speak with the "owner," who was the one performing the assessment at the time, we were told, "You can't speak with him because he's busy working." We were also working and needed this issue handled promptly. If communication and follow-up cannot be provided because you are too busy "working," then that reflects very poorly on your business practices. The lack of accountability and honesty was extremely frustrating. :) And for future reference, the operator should never raise her voice at a customer. Professionalism and proper customer service should always be maintained. I was the one dealing with the issue and the unnecessary delay, so that response was completely inappropriate.
