I have been using "Printing Matters" for over a year now and I couldn't be more delighted with their service from start to finish. Having done a number of bulk print projects with them now along with customized poster boards - they have been helpful in every way. The staff, and particularly Lior who has helped me on every occasion, have offered up suggestions that are both design conscious and aware of our budget. The delivery time has been quick and perfect - and it is such a pleasure to deal with them. We had made enquiries at a number of other printing vendors in the area and there was no comparison in terms of service and price. And it also turned out they have Notary services at ten dollars a signature - also a bargain! read more

Printing Matters is a local print shop that will help you design, print, and assemble any of your printing needs. Their prices are reasonable, service is quick and excellent, the quality of products they produce is outstanding. The shop is located next to a Kinko's location. Printing Matters is less expensive, has higher quality printing, and a more personable customer service. read more

Printing Matters, Burbank, did an excellent job with my business cards. Bryan helped to design the card and since I chose to feature a photo of myself on the card, he helped me choose a photo that looks great! I am very pleased with the cards, and I look forward to passing them out with pride. I would definitely go back to Printing Matters in Burbank for more of my printing needs. And I would recommend their services in the future. read more

These guys are always friendly every time I come in. They ask how I am and I can tell they genuinely care about their fellow human beings. I had stickers, posters, a large banner, and press-ready art done for my album, and they were affordable, friendly, and FAST! Not to mention, very communicative throughout the whole process, promptly answering any questions I had. They offer a variety of services and I will DEFINITELY do business will Printing Matters again in the future, and would INDEED recommend then to anyone who needs anything of the sort. THANKS GUYS! read more

First, let me say that this review is overdue! I'm a realtor and my husband is a contractor and we have worked with plenty of print shops over the years, but none of those shops can compare to the quality and extra-mile service we receive from Printing Matters. We don't even live that close to Burbank, but we make the drive because we don't trust any other printing place to handle our deadlines, deliver good quality and give us that one-on-one attention on creative design. They have worked on our business cards, advertising panels, fliers, invitations and other materials with equal integrity and given us some incredible out-of-the box suggestions that have impressed our clients - all at great prices. In short, we highly recommend them. read more

The owner is extremely rude and not a pleasant person to work with. I have been in the print industry for a decade. I've never come across a more incompetent and rude shop owner. If you don't know how to do something, or can't do it; that's not the fault of the customer. Furthermore you need to make thing clear and make life easier for the customer. You need to be prepared to work with people who don't know anything about print. You are a print shop. Behave like one and not some entitled little tool that has a monopoly over the business. I seriously hope you fail. I would have given 0 stars. I only printed there because I was on a deadline; I still regret giving you my business and I'm definitely going to rant about you to all my colleagues. read more

I printed my postcard here several times and they all came out great. I am happy with the quality and the price is reasonable. I'll definitely come back again. Highly recommend! read more

Not satisfied with customer service. First of all I remember this place being amazing like all other reviews state, but my most recent experience begs to differ. When I was a Woodbury Architecture student this was my place to go. I liked supporting small local businesses in the community. Every time I went I was satisfied with work they did and prices were also affordable. I went yesterday probably an hour before they closed, they didn't seem busy. I was trying to get my architecture portfolio printed, but they don't open on weekends and close earlier then other places during week. So, I walk in and the man at the counter didn't even greet me. I told him I wanted to get s booklet printed, his employee (nice guy with glasses) seemed to be more welcoming and eager to help. So I proceeded to give him my file and tell him how I wanted the booklet- color double sided. In the past I always brought in a PDF file. So the nice guy printed a few pages while his boss was hovering over him and telling him what to do. When I told him the way he did it wasn't the way I asked his boss cut into conversation and told me it would take too long to figure it out and that I had pdf'd my work wrong! I would have left if it wasn't because I was needed the document. The nice guy wanted to do it right but his boss was rude! I told him you know what just print it single sided and spiral bound. Takes less then 10minutes! I've had these booklets done there before. It was first time someone has told me I pdf'd something wrong. If the man didn't want to help me in the first place, then let your employee do the job right! Nice guy wanted to help, but with his RUDE boss hovering, there wasn't much the guy could do! Service was terrible! Be warned Woodbury University students! Service here is no longer great. Prices - maybe better then Kinkos next door but you won't get what you want. At least I didn't get what I asked. read more

These guys really came through for me when I had a large and complex order DUE RIGHT AWAY!! They were friendly, helpful, and really smart - they got what I needed right away and started printing really nice cards. I will never go anywhere else for my print needs, they gained a customer for life! read more

I've used them for several jobs, including some presentation folders. I submitted the same artwork that we used from another printer, and Lior suggested a graphic change that made the product look a lot better. I am extremely happy with the work they did for my company, and I will use them again. read more

I love Printing Matters. The people there are incredibly friendly and personable, and they do great work. I am a photographer, and I have them print all of the order forms for my big picture day events. They finish most of my jobs the same day. If I need something special, they help me create exactly what I need and always offer me a great price. As a small business owner I like to patronize other small businesses that I believe in, and I feel good about spending my money at Printing Matters. read more

Hello. Just a quick review of "printing matters" . For the last 2 weeks I was looking for the printing place to print my newly done headshots. I was looking in all wrong places and areas far from where I live. I have already made appointment to meet someone in Glendale, who I thought offer me a good deal. For being late and understanding that I wouldn't make it on time I did google search to find the place near me, right there in the car. Nearest was this"Printing matters" company, to whom I called and found out they are almost 15% cheaper then my "best deal ". When I went to see them I met this bright guy Brian and Neal who went extra mile and didn't charge me extra $10 for the setup fee. This is good business. I told them I will be back and my friend who is photographer will send her clients to them as well. The pricing and service are good, so I decided to share with everyone. Thank you. read more
