Print job was completed fast, and above expectations. The price is great and the staff are friendly and helpful about everything printing.

This review is overdue. The service at Printing Matters is second to none. I've used them several times to print things for my business as well as my church group. Every time I go in there I'm greeted by their friendly staff. My orders are produced on time and the quality and prices are excellent. If you're anywhere near Burbank, CA don't trust your printing to some website or the big office supply chains. Go to Printing Matters. You'll be glad you did. read more

Go-to place for printing in Burbank! Have been to quite a few copy/print shops in Burbank, and Printing Matters has stood out by far. Excellent printing and customer service! In the digital world I don't get printing done very often, so I don't really know how to set it up properly without help. I was able to bring a just high quality master file and they knew exactly what I wanted even when I couldn't articulate it. read more

Neal and the rest of the staff at Printing Matters are fantastic! I'm last minute by nature so it's great that no matter how much a time crunch I am in, they are always able to fulfill my request. A little pricy for the original crop on Headshots but they produce quality images that I am proud to hand out. For that, I can't complain. read more

Lior at Printing Matters is amazing. He has helped me with straight forward print jobs, targeted mailings and rush jobs. He is always helpful, professional and accommodating. Their prices beat every other print shop I've gone to for quotes and the level of service I've experienced is second to none! read more

Printing Matters is amazing. We got our wedding announcements, invites, and thank you cards printed with them, and they provided top-notch service every step of the way. Specifically, we worked with Lior, who is a complete professional. We were by no means easy customers to satisfy, and went through several drafts of our invites before deciding on a print. In spite of our lengthy revisions, Lior was all to happy to accommodate, and worked through each draft as if it were the first one. He wanted us to be completely satisfied with the end result, which we were. I'd also like to note that I priced several other companies for quotes before going with Printing Matters, including all the big names you'd expected (PaperSource, Minted, etc.) and Printing Matters was the most affordable, yet produced high-quality work. read more

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! After browsing through Vista Print looking for the perfect design I realized that none of them really "fit" me. Vista Print's templates are so generic and I knew that if I went with them, someone out there would DEFINITELY have the same design with a different name. I wanted something original. A friend told me to go to Printing Matters and just "see" what they could do for me. I was extremely impressed! They showed different cuts, designs, fonts, card quality, etc. All I told them was "I really like this about this card, and that about that card, and purple is my favorite color." That was it. I emailed them what I wanted on the front and back and a few days later a proof was waiting for me in my email! I added one more line to the card, they sent me another proof within hours and BOOM - DONE! It's like they knew how I wanted it to look without me even verbally explaining anything to them. And the customer service is nothing but awesome! Those guys are the best! I am very pleased and would definitely return to them for business! read more

Love the whole team at Printing Matters. Do a fantastic job as you can tell by all the reviews.

I am very happy and grateful for the extra effort / extra mile and great design solutions for my new business cards that Lior gave to me. Great communication and patience. I am super picky as others have also described themselves, and know when I like something real quick. But not much help at the beginning of the process with the graphics end of the equation to put with what I felt was a strong photograph. Thanks so much! Ron read more
