They have surprisingly good range of parts and brands in stock even for older models and same day access to almost anything else from the warehouse. Manager usually works the phones and counter and is very forthcoming providing all the brand and price options. They carry many of the off-brand lines you see in online parts catalogues (Standard, Spectra, Crown, OES Genuine) at prices very pretty to online stores but with added convenience of same day pickup and dealing locally for things like claims or core returns. I've installed a couple of Spectra Ignition coils from them for a great price, a Moog Control Arm-Ball Joint unit and they had in stock a specific NGK Laser Platimum plug which was a special order in all other stores. All have held up well over time removing any suspicion about the authenticity & fitness of the products. While I still consider 747 Auto Parts to be the gold standard in direct-to-consumer parts (given the near demise of NAPA as a retailer) Best Way is also a really good option for consumers who get their own parts in the north-east quarter of the GTA.

We asked to see the manager, no one came. We left after nearly 25 minutes waiting. This is not my usual experience but in less then a week it is the second time i ask for assistance without a positive outcome. A note: the staff were not overwhelmed with demands at the time. Be forewarned, to pickup off the shelf or to ask where a part is located, you should be fine. anything more complex, you have to hunt down the people that will really help you or care about the service.

Anything I need there is a few options to pick from and the quality is generally great. They carry all the big names and the return policy is almost as good as Costco. Honest people with good working attitudes can be found here. It's pretty nice and easy to work with. Very clear and informative phone call for quotations and availability. From removing old rubber, new tire installation, re-balancing, tire pressure, logo badges installation, manufacturer rebate details, and to the new bags for my all-season tires, all of them were done systematically. Tire changing goes by appointment. Even though there was a small hiccup in my new Michelin order, it was rectified effectively with clear information given as well as an apologetic tone, and I waited for an extra three business days for the new appointment. Not too bad but just a little annoyance. The date code shows all 4 tires were freshly baked in the factory, in Nova Scotia, btw. At the end of the day, I got what I wanted. Good due diligence for putting on the new rubber on my alloy wheels. Like the way these good guys run their business. Support local businesses. Recommended, particularly with honest folks.

Not a bad shop to buy automotive parts and accessories for basic DIY projects…read more I stumbled here by chance while purchasing generic supplies (for my car) at Home Depot. What do you know - they have the types of coated screws, wires and clips that I need, and prices are lower than Canadian Tire. The Partsource logo always made me think it was some cheap, discount shop from the 80s, but clearly I was mistaken as they carry the brands and materials I've been using for maintenance. They downside is that don't quite stock the selection that Canadian Tire does (older paint colours, tacky aftermarket trinkets, general tool sets).. but that's a minor inconvenience for gear heads considering the savings. Staff are friendly and are knowledgeable about their products. Example of items they carry: - Detailing products - Lightbulbs - Wear items such as caps and wipers - Bodywork material - Clips, bolts, wires, etc

I took it out on a washer dryer combination and when i asked about the protection plan I was told - Just make one phone call and someone will be out straight away to repair the item if they cannot then they will completely replace the machine for me know questions asked! This could not be further from the truth as its been weeks now and I still have not had anyone come out to even look at the machine! Apparently I now have to find a local repair company myself, pay for the repair myself and submit the bill to them for reimbursement I hope. They even asked me if I would like my returned payment to be in the form of a home depot gift card!!! Unbelievable!!
