What an incredibly fun and bonding experience this was. I brought my six-year-old, identical twin granddaughters on their birthday to have this special princess diva day. They wore Princess finery but it's not necessary because each child is allowed to select a tiara and scepter to keep, given a Princess & Diva robe to wear, and allowed to select a fun ring. They have slides to wear around the salon and little lockers to store their items. We did a package that included mani-pedis, facials, makeup, and clip-in colored hair extensions. The girls were in heaven. I was impressed by the staff and their engagements with little kids. Such simple things like, "What's your favorite animal? Favorite movie?" opened up a rapport I greatly appreciated. (Me: "Your favorite animal is a sloth?? So is Auntie Mad's!" Lol) I made a reservation well in advance because their birthday was the day before Thanksgiving and I knew the MOA would be busy. Passers-by definitely enjoyed smiling and waving at the girls through a huge window and they loved the attention! Tips: make a reservation on the website and choose your package; park in the East ramp; the shop is on the 3rd level, across from Marshall's; pay attention to the time allotted for your service, ours was 90 minutes. Took my granddaughters here for a 4th birthday celebration and she loved it!! She felt super special.

I took my daughter here for a birthday present, and we both really enjoyed our experience! We came on a Monday, so it wasn't busy and it was nice to enjoy the peace and quiet of the salon. We were the only two in there at the time of our appointment. We did the "Just the 2 of Us" package, and it was reasonable and fun! We both got manicures and pedicures, facials, wands and tiaras, and juice in a cute champagne glass. The two individuals who helped us were very patient with my daughter, and they did a great job of engaging us both and making us feel pampered. We will definitely be returning here again! read more

My daughter is super outgoing and bonds with everyone (who is nice to her). Like any kid though takes a few minutes to warm up. Right away the employee said oh she's shy (dryly) and I kept telling her oh she'll open up soon and you won't be able to shut her up! Lol. But that didn't happen because she didn't engage with my daughter at all , seemed like she hated her life, and when my daughter SO excited about her nails accidentally smudged one while looking at them , employee rude af goes "well now we'll have to do that one again" and like grabbed her hand, I could see in my daughters face she felt like she was "bad" and was super timid the entire rest of the appt. My child is amazing at reading people and I could tell she could tell that the lady didn't want to be there, therefore she (my daughter) was silent the whole time and kept coming and giving us (mom and dad) hugs which is SO not like her: she won't even hug me bye at preschool cause she's so excited to see her teachers!(cause they're normal and NICE to kids) We paid for the Ultimate Diva Package (80$) PLUS my dad didn't know gratuity was included and tipped her extra too (cause he came at the end and didn't know what happened and is a nice person) Anyway. Got super cute pics of her and all but she's not smiling in any of them because she was scared of the employee working with her. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE Clearly they already get the tip included so they don't even go out of their way to be NICE to the kids and honestly I left there hiding my tears from my child cause it broke my heart that someone was mean to her. Should've stopped the lady right then and there when she aggressively grabbed my daughters hand and told her we're done here I want a refund, but I was trying to keep it together to keep her birthday special. My little girl absolutely loved this place. We were able to make last minute reservations for a mani/pedi. We checked in and they put my little one in a robe and little sandals. They also gave her apple juice in an adorable champagne glass and she loved it. The lady helping her chatted her up and they talked about what her favorite colors are etc. She had an absolutely amazing time and still talks about it to this day. They were able to give her a haircut as well. Prices are reasonable and the ambiance is so much fun! Highly recommend. read more

Unfortunately My first experience with this shop will be my last because I came for my daughter's appointment right as a shooting happened-but this shop personally was great. They were very kind and comforting and tried to make sure my daughter was happy and pampered even in the middle of a lockdown. They were very professional and if it weren't for me being terrified of coming back to this mall I would definitely come back. They did such an amazing job with my daughter that she never realized just how scary of a situation we were in. Thank you again ladies! I brought my 6 year old niece here on Auntie Day for a mani pedi. We had SO much fun! We dressed as princesses (throughout the mall), were treated like royalty and had such a great time! We heard about this place from a friend (we are not from the metro area), we walked by to ask if they had an opening by chance. They had just had a cancellation and squeezed us in an hour before close. My daughter, almost three, was treated like a REAL princess by Alicia!!! It was the highlight of our trip. The mall closes at 7 on Sunday and with the ultimate diva treatment, we were there until 7:30, Alicia continued to be professional and didn't rush at all so that the treatment was completely amazing and my sweet girl felt so special! I took my 5 year old niece here as a birthday present. I have to say they really made the girls feel like princesses. Everything from the robes, the mocktails and the conversation, and the nail designs was so sweet. They really give the kids an authentic spa experience. The only thing I would call out is there did seem to be a lot of confusion on who was taking who and juggling walk ins. This did not impact my visit but it was noticeable. Worst experience as a first time customer there. I called in the morning to see if they had any availability as this was a short notice. The girl that picked up the phone said they have some in the afternoon. I told her I'll book it for three of my neiecs but one of them might back out. She said it'll be fine and took their name down. We left the house at 12:30 and due to heavy unexpected traffic were late. We called before the scheduled time and notified the receptionist girl that we are running late. She just said it was OK. When we got there this rude girl said that since we were 15 min late our spot was given to someone else and it their policy. She rudely said it was on their website that they can only hold it for 15 min after the appt time. Really! So why the hell do we have to prepaid to hold our sport ahead of time? So why do they not tell us when we called and tell them we were running a bit behind? Why isn't their damn policy in big bold on their website or nobody bother to tell this information to customer when they call to book? Not only that but this rude girl told me that she wasn't prepare for three girl at the sametime. I was like I told you guys that its three girl and you guy even took their name down for that appt. They made up excuses that they thought it was three girls but different days yet told me on the phone they will put my three neices for that day and time. Clearly we were late that they let in some other walk in customers and give us BS excuses. I had never been treated this bad in a salon EVER. They are unprofessional and lack empathy. My neieces were uncomfortable with the rude girl that did their nails. Most of the girls there aren't welcoming, no smiling or talking to the kids to make them feel like they're real princeses as this is their theme. It was just really awarked. Sadly on their website it said they take appt as high priority first but that just lies! I don't care if we are late by a few mins, the facts that no one bother to tell us the rules when I made the appt or called to let them know we were going to be late, and no apologies on their part when they made a mistake and tried to make excuses. If there was an option for no stars that's exactly the rating I would give. We walked in after having an eventful day at the mall. Met so many great individuals. Our daughters saw the princess spa and got so excited! As we entered we saw that they were busy with 2 other girls. So we waited patiently at the desk. No one even acknowledged that we were there after 5 minutes. We took it upon ourselves to ask if they were taking any new customers for the evening and they COMPLETELY IGNORED us. As you can imagine we were beyond shocked as this was our first time at the mall of America. So I said maybe they didn't hear me and asked again and for the second time was completely ignored. So we decided to leave and not ive them any of our hard earned money. Of course our girls cried because they didn't understand what was happening but the girls who's mom was there understood completely and she turned around and laughed.
