Love Prince tea house so much. Especially this branch. The teas are affordable at 9 dollars for the entire milk tea pot and they have so many flavors to choose from (the best one is lavender, trust!) they also have sugar free versions and vegan options. The restaurant itself is very beautiful and well decorated. Definitely not a cafe to study at. It's more a tea time spot. The service was fun and fast

Took my mother and godmother here for a pre-mothers day treat. Made reservations on Wednesday for a Saturday. Arrived and waited like 10 minutes all while the guy in the front was saying he didn't have a record of my reservation. Also, he didn't have any seating other than the one in front of the door because there was a children's party happening. The children's party wasn't in a seperate room so it was VERY VERY loud as the kids were having a good time and screaming and playing as they should. The food- Sandwiches- they were meh at best, truthfully I can make a better cold cut sandwich and the squid was gross! The table was so small all the food we ordered didn't fit on the table and they forgot the squid tails. We reminded them (which we shouldn't have) and they brought them out but it had the worst after taste that ruined the taste of the tea and literally left a bad taste in my mouth for the entire experience. We ordered an oolong and white tea which both were very good. We thought about ordering the tower for 3 for $75 but when you look at what they were serving and the entire experience we decided to leave and not order desert. There are so many other nice tea houses- I'd say skip this place. Not worth the experience or maybe ask if there any any parties happening and if you go just order the tower and teas and enjoy some peaceful tea time. I won't be going back.

We came back here the other night. We decided to get the sandwiches and fries for some reason thinking we can have it for dinner. We def made a mistake. We ordered the chicken sandwich and the beef. Will start first with chicken it is extremely small greasy and almost like it was left in the microwave for way too long! Which def not the way to cook this type of sandwich. It was slathered in a bbq ketchup. The beef sandwich was chips of beef. With the same sauce . Tough and chewy! By far the worst 100 dollars I've spent. We ordered dessert. The ice cream tasted stale. The molten lava cake was def not worth the price. The frozen tea slushy had moldy ice in it . I'm curious why is it that the hostess, waitress and other staff look like they are homeless.. wearing overly large black dirty clothing.. Go to a real tea house smh

Stopped by on a rainy weekday afternoon for a spot of tea. We were greeted and seated right away at one of the banquettes seats. Its very lush in there but alas it's all faux. It's $55 for two people. Choice of teas are per person and they can refill the pot once. Yea came out promptly, shortly followed by the tower. Lower tier were little sandwiches (tuna, salmon, deviled egg, cucumber, and pastrami) middle tier was occupied by scones, cream, and jam. Finally, the top tier held the sweeties (a taste of the green tea mille, fruit tarts, and macarons). I like this location of PTH as well as the Bensonhurst location. Would return to either one on off days when it's not too crowded.

Update : Funny thing is which I have realized after visiting so many different restaurants all over USA is that ; When you visit any place more then once, most of the places definitely don't treat you like the same. Unless you are really famous person or you are a everyday customer who spends good amount of money ! So from now on I will try not to go back to a place where I went before! I wish it was near to my house, it took me very long time to go there‍but I will definitely come back here soon. The colors, the vibe, decor & the food was great. The restroom was clean too! Funny thing is I didn't know the color was green for this tea place & I went there wearing green. When you look at my pictures you will think I definitely planned this Because the food obviously not halal, I had to go with seafood & vegetarian! I got shrimp lolypop, curly fries , mango milk & rose milk. Rose milk & shrimp lolypop was my fav. I was actually there for a long time, I saw so many people just chilling there. Some doing work on leptops. I end up making TikTok'sAnd you all can see can't help taking pictures because this place is beautiful The place is clean, beautiful, service wasn't great at all on my second visit ! That's a shame because I was gonna come here

Okay so I have been here 2-3 times. I love the crepe cake slices, especially the purple yam one. Sadly they were sold out of it and most things this time, which happens. Staff was nice but we noticed the tea pot and its stand were either chipped, stained or both. It felt like everything was old and needed to be replaced, which makes me hesitant to return. Loved the milk tea.

What's great: the ambience. It's like doll tea party. There is very tasty tea in beautiful tea sets. There are also small bites that remind me of an English tea time experience. Food was pretty good too. We got salads and French fries. Everything was fresh and the ginger dressing on the salad was spot on. Something I wish they had: more gluten free options and more protein options for the salads. I wanted an egg and that wasn't an option. There were a few gluten free options in the assorted tea-time snacks but I couldn't get them separately. Overall, a great experience. Great tea. I would definitely go there again. I will just make sure I am not too hungry :)

Compared to the other areas of Staten Island for dessert, this area probably has the most. Boba next door and around the corner too! But this place is definitely something else. Food 3/5- In terms of our order, I would say it is pretty standard. Definitely more for the aesthetic than to eat. You can get better tea and dessert else where. Service 3/5- Not bad but also not good. We asked the server if they knew if any of the food had nuts included and they couldn't tell us. Took them a long while, perhaps brush up on that. Ambiance 3/5- When we went it was quiet. Can be a hit or miss depending on day you go

Very impressive experience at the newly built Prince Tea House of Staten Island. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that a new Prince Tea House was being built in the Midland Beach area of SI. I have tried Prince Tea House in multiple other locations (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens) and did not expect one to pop up over here. I spotted this the other week while driving past New Dorp Lane and that the tea shop was opening soon. I emailed Prince Tea House asking if there were any details of their opening date; they were prompt and very friendly with their exchanges, while informing me of the soft opening (2/13). For their soft opening, I ordered a Mille Feuille and a Purple Yam Mille Crepes Cake to-go and they were both 10/10. The Mille Feuille was a multilayered airy puffed pastry consisting of heavy whipped cream at the top layer, and a delicious creamy vanilla custard filling at the bottom layer, with drizzles of syrup, and slices of fruit spread out on top. The Purple Yam Mille Crepes Cake had 19 individual crepes with thick layers of heavy whipped cream spread between each crepe. I was very impressed by their excellent service and friendly staff and I look forward to ordering from here again! 10/10 - Highly Recommend

Great service and good food portions. The interior design was also amazing. The food was so good that I witnessed my friend stop the waiter from taking the plate away just to get the crumbs. The desserts are also amazing.

I love prince tea house and am even more excited that there's one on Staten Island now! Everything at this location is as good as other locations, including the decor, ambiance, and food/drink. I usually get the boba or matcha crepe cakes but tried the purple yam crepe cake today. The flavor was light and there were chunks of yam throughout the cake. 100% getting this again!! Also got crispy chicken and squid tails. The batter on the squid tails was a bit thick but it was still delicious nonetheless. Bonus: our server Kevin was amazing. Gave good recommendations, was super approachable, and even kneeled to get a good angle when taking photos for us! Many restaurants have good food but standout service is what sets places apart for me!!

    Katsu Chicken Sandwich

I had an issue with the food that was resolved wonderfully by the staff members. My katsu chicken sandwich, in which I thought was undercooked since it looked a bit pink and clear, was replaced with a new one, fried a bit longer, with an explanation from the manager about the situation. Turns out it was fully cooked just it didn't seem like it as it was only fried to a certain extent due to customers common preference of the chicken crispness. WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK HERE. Would say it a great place to do work since you can have a little snack at the same time.

This was our first time and we tried the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich, the KOVA Breakfast, and spicy fries. Most of the time, they end up coming out over easy, so this shows their attention to detail. The food was absolutely delicious. We also tried an iced matcha and iced lavender mocha coffee, both of which were very good. The inside of this place is very clean and chic.
