She shoveled herself out and drove in from New Jersey to make sure the coffee bar was set up and ready. That level of dedication and professionalism truly stood out. The coffee bar itself was a huge hit. They offered espresso drinks, cappuccinos, flavored lattes, oat milk options, and iced selections -- all made fresh to order. The quality was excellent and truly café-level, not just standard event coffee. The iced lattes were especially popular with our guests. The setup was polished and professional, the baristas were friendly and efficient, and it added such a fun, elevated touch to the brunch. The photos look like they could be from there, but maybe way back in the most vital days of NYC Stapleton was on the map with such a trendy place.
