Chicago Deep Dish is ok. Not exactly like the ones from Chicago. The dough taste somewhat like Pizza Hut dough but a bit more stale. Cheese layer is mild/moderate thickness. The cheese bread is ok. Best if eaten when fresh out of the oven. read more

Very very much enjoyed the service and the quality of the pizza we had. Unlike most of my reviews I'm not going to go into a great amount of detail. And we had the Chicago style pizza with bacon pepperoni and ham Large $29.00. it was excellent!!!! . It was far more than two people could consume in one sitting unless they were 1000 pounds ..... Dino average height and average weight...... (Hell no I ain't saying how much we weigh..... lol but me and my wife are about 5'10" We also ordered a medium order of breadsticks with cheese and Parmesan which was also excellent but once again a little bit more food than the two of us needed but we had a nice breakfast and lunch the next day!!!! When we ate it at dinner we each had one slice a piece and about three breadsticks each we had plenty of leftovers for the next day and even some for our teenage children to eat three days later lol they said it was delicious even from the microwave..... Sorry I didn't take any pictures but we were extremely hungry and it didn't look as delicious after it sat around for 20 minutes but I assure you it was very good..... Marion has several pizza places and I picked Primo's based on reviews by other. The pizza was great! We ordered the traditional hand tossed crust with sausage and mushrooms. The crust was good and there were ample toppings. The pizza arrived on time by a pleasant delivery guy and was hot and fresh. My only critique was that we ordered online which was quick and easy, but the estimated delivery time wasn't provided until we had placed the order. It was a Saturday night, so a 1.5 hr wait isn't that unheard of, but it would have been nice to know before placing the order. Nonetheless, if in Marion, I would highly recommend Primos Pizza! read more

0 stars! Burnt my cinnamon pie and there was something red all over it. Then when I called to explain, I get "huh, what you want us to do about it?". I tell him I want my money back or another pie. He asks "what's the issue?" I already told him it was burnt and there was something red on it but I repeated myself again. He tells me "it's not burnt and the red stuff is probably just some other desert from the knife." Just completely rude. Asked to speak to his boss and of course this kid is the boss. I'll be calling to speak to the day manager tomorrow and my family will not be eating here again. Whoever the "Night manager" is, is disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

I must say their food here is Really really good. I have zero complaint with food quality or quantity. That being said, I do have complaints that future customers might want to be aware of. I let the first time ordering complaint go because the food was so good but after the second time ordering from them making me mad I will share both experiences. I ordered a pizza on the phone and had looked up the menu and price on the primospuzza618.com site. My pizza was posted and priced for $12.99. When delivered it was $15.99 plus a delivery fee and plus my tip. I told the driver that when he told me the total on the phone i was rather shocked but i assumed it was the delivery fee. Once I saw the bill I noticed I was overcharged for the pizza itself. He told me to go to the store and get a refund. A lot of work for only $3 so I let it go but didn't forget. Today some coworkers and I decided to order from them again. We made ONE phone call and had 4 separate orders delivered to the same place. Do you know that they charged us EACH a delivery fee? I have zero problem with a delivery fee but this is a company taking advantage. They actually made $2.25 off of each of us and we are a mile away and it was one delivery, one trip, to one door. My $9 sandwich ended up being $15. The driver told me that I needed to request it to be one delivery fee next time. As If!! There won't be a next time for me but for others, be aware of price and what to ask for. I posted the receipt and a totally kick butt sandwich. read more

This has been helpful for family members who are avoiding crust and it is delicious! Bowls can be ordered with choice of sauces and up to five toppings. We ordered several different kinds of pizza for a family gathering. The Italian Beef was a huge hit with folks from out of the area who hadn't had it before. We ordered an extra large pizza, which was more than enough for three people and a calzone, which was more than I could eat. The pizza we got was a supreme and everybody loved it. The onions on it in particular were a big hit. As a vegetarian, I got the Mediterranean calzone, which was amazing. It has a very unique base of spinach and artichoke dip. Fantastic pizza. A large variety of pizzas, subs, and calzones! Their original crust pizza is some of the best, my favorites include chicken & jalapeño pizza, the Italian Beef Pizza and the supreme. The Italian Beef sandwich is fantastic. Calzones, my favorite is the Flamin chicken,(I order it without the ranch). Breadsticks and cheese sticks are excellent as well as the dessert pizzas. I was staying at a nearby hotel and found this place on Yelp. They delivered right to the hotel. I got a medium pizza, thin crust with pepperoni and mushrooms. Placed and paid for my order online, which was very convenient! Pizza was delicious - nice and hot! Thin crust, with fresh toppings and the right amount of sauce. The red sauce was very good - not too sweet or sting. New York style is my favorite (I'm from NY) and that's sometimes hard to find when I'm traveling. This pizza was just really tasty and delicious. They do have an $11 minimum for delivery, so had to add breadsticks, which was fine, but a little too much food for one person. Ordered a pizza and got the coupon for the free cheese sticks and asked if I could switch it to breadsticks. They said sure this is fine. When the food arrived it was two of their normal size breadsticks ripped in half to make 4 very small ones. When we called to ask why this was, the kid said well it's a small order of breadsticks in a smart tone and they had circled small on the box many times. But a small order of cheese sticks is 7.25 and an order of breadsticks is 5.99. There is only one size for the breadsticks. So by switching to breadsticks I was saving them 1.25 and they still decided to be rude about a simple request. I have gone here many times but I will never order it again. read more
