This dealer ACTUALLY sells their vehicles for the price listed on their website and their prices…read moreare hard to beat. Believe me, I looked at numerous dealerships before we bothered traveling to Tulsa to buy a car. Our salesperson, Brandon Tipton, was a pleasure to work with and was upfront from the beginning. Most every dealership I looked at in TX/LA/MS/AR offered great pricing (comparable to Regional) however their advertised price included every single rebate under the sun. Basically, the other dealer's price included a military AND first responder AND recent college grad rebates. What are the odds a buyer would qualify for all three?!? And a couple even snuck in a loyalty discount or HOA President rebate. Again, why advertise a sales price that the average customer cannot take advantage unless you are dishonest? And why would anyone do business with a company that is dishonest out the gate? The paperwork did take longer than we were promised (the dealership was very busy) and it had already been a long day so that one area could be improved but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Regional or Brandon Tipton - in fact we already have! Again, I would make the out-of-state trip back to Tulsa again to spend my money with a reputable, honest dealer.

We bought a 2016 Hyundai Roadster with 65,000 miles in June 2024 for our son who is in college and needed a car to make work opportunity easier. It runs, so that's good. This is being written less than 30 days from the car being bought, but we don't have time to drive four hours round trip to get this car exchanged due to the stuff below (he goes to school in Texas, so that's also complicated), but I feel it's more important to make people aware of this. The dealer failed to disclose the following defects which did not present themselves in the test drive, but they were caught when we got the car checked by a Hyundai service location in my son's TX college town: 1. A loose positive battery cable which was causing the car to almost switch off on our drive back. I thought it was the "safe mode" that happens in Hyundais, but the mechanic we paid $70 to fix this in OKC said it was as simple as that. 2. The right rear view mirror was loose upon driving it on the highway for an hour, and that's $750 to replace and paint. 3. The under shield is missing that would cost $236. What we DID notice in the test drive is that the electrical head unit (the screen that has all the interactive display options on the dashboard) didn't work. The dealer said it was the actual material screen itself, and not the interior electronics. They knocked $350 or so off the price of the car to compensate for it because they said I could take it to a dealer and get it replaced for the same basic price by buying it online and then having that mechanic install it ("7 minute" repair, the dealer at Infinite Routes Auto said). This is COMPLETELY A LIE. The repair is to cost $2,526.42 with labor and parts. This is so duplicitous, to sell a car with this many defects. Sure, you can say, "Buyer beware," but this is really deceptive. I'm filing a complaint with the state and national governmental offices about this dealership, and I'm reposting this review to all known online sites that allow reviews of businesses.

So I have nothing but great things to say about Mark Allen Chevrolet. I first purchased a car in…read more2020 from them and loved it! My first experience was beautiful! Then I moved to the country and decided that I needed something more suited to gravel roads. With current gas prices I finally felt it was time to go hybrid and wanted an SUV. Since I moved out to Fort Gibson, I actually tried a few local dealers. Truly bad! Not only did they want high prices but they insulted me with the very low value they placed on my 2020 car which has been well treated. So back to the only really reliable dealer, Mark Allen Chevrolet. It was worth the 1.25 hours drive IMO. The only issue was that I had to go to the GMC shop and the finance people really irritated me with crazy errors in the numbers. It was resolved but I had to dig my heels in when saying their numbers were nearly twice what it should be. It did work out and I am happy! Kudos to Richard Prince "Prince" for being so patient with me because I had three vehicles to test drive. He also was the one to go back to Finance and explain how they were mistaken. He was in my corner for sure! I usually feel like I'm treated like a dumb "girl" who doesn't know what she's talking about But never with Mark Allen! Bonus reasons to go to them: Mark Allen is a Marine Corps veteran (like me!) who loves our country and people; and I love that they openly support the police! Anyone who has a problem with that is probably someone I wouldn't want to do business with in the first place. We should focus more on our commonalities rather than differences. No one is perfect but an ethical person is who does the right thing. These are those people. Please don't judge them for a couple of unhappy customers. Truly good people here!

The work involved disconnecting the battery; using one 6mm socket, to remove four screws (two that hold the fuse) then replacing the fuse and bolting it in, putting the fuse box back on the frame and bolting it back down, reconnecting the battery. 15 minutes for a competent mechanic and 30 minutes for me. Worse I just had a heart attack and open-heart surgery which the department knew. I was willing to pay a premium to get service, but not almost triple what appears to be a customary charge: $150 diagnostic, $150 service, and $50 for the part. Even with $100 on top of that it is not $1000 worth of work. But here is the icing, the guy wanted to buy the car. Texted me an offer of $5000 for it. I just had a classic car dealer offer me $15,000 for the vehicle. This is why I cannot recommend this service department. I left with the impression its fun to take advantage of their customers, especially women. BEWARE.

My first experience wasn't great. I initially worked with Tyler, who didn't seem to take me seriously. Because my license listed a different city, he assumed I was taking a 24-hour test drive out of town and denied me the opportunity. It left a bad taste in my mouth and made me hesitant to continue. Still, I had already shipped two cars in, so we decided to try again--and I'm glad we did. This time I worked with Maegan, and she completely turned the experience around. She was kind, professional, and actually treated me like a customer. I wasn't a fan of the automated text responses (those bots got confusing), but Maegan always helped clear things up quickly and made the process feel more personal. She assisted me with test driving the vehicles, navigating the trade-in process, and even using the 10-day return policy. I really liked both cars I shipped in, but ended up going with the Toyota in the end. It arrived later which is why I bought my first and ended up returning the car and getting the later. There were some hiccups with slow computers and what looked like system changes, which could easily frustrate anyone--but Maegan stayed patient and was incredibly helpful through it all. If you go to CarMax Tulsa, I definitely recommend working with Maegan!
