    Ferguson Kia

Going to start this off by saying that until recently, I had never had a bad experience at a Kia…read moreService department. My experience started off at the other Kia dealer in Tulsa--Midtown (Highly advise staying away and instead bringing your car here to Ferguson). Midtown gave me the runaround for months, filled me with false promises, and sent me home time and time again saying everything was fine with my car. I had multiple misfires, and all they could do across three visits was sell me spark plugs, replace/swap coils, and then circle back to try to sell me spark plugs again (after just 7,000 miles). Ultimately, I was left with a dusty, bird-feces-covered car that had been parked and forgotten about. They claimed they couldn't replicate the issue--but somehow had no problem giving me a separate list of $1,500 worth of other recommended services. I'm not a car guru, but I learned more than I'd like to admit thanks to the lack of service Midtown Kia provided. Fed up and completely irritated by the disregard for the state of my vehicle, I came to Ferguson Kia--prepared for the worst. At that point, I had lost all faith in Kia. I am so thankful and happy with how Ferguson Kia handled my vehicle. I explained my experience with the other dealership--they listened, took note of what had already been checked, and acknowledged the issues I was still having. I'll be honest: they promised to take care of me and look into it, but at this point, I didn't believe them. However, Anthony, my service advisor, was amazing and professional (even with all my questions, doubts, and lost faith). They discovered a major issue with my engine, and he quickly got a replacement--100% covered thanks to Kia's 10-year/100,000-mile warranty. Thank you to Anthony, the service manager, and the technicians for doing a thorough job and not just going through the motions. Thank you for restoring my faith in Kia

My experience: I try to avoid all Pep Boys at all costs. Unfortunately for me, my car broke down close to Saturday evening and nothing was close by. It took them 2 hours to diagnose the problem, and when they did, they said they'd have to fix it tomorrow because they were closed. This would've been fine except for the fact that I don't live in Tulsa. I was obviously upset but couldn't do anything. The next day, their warehouse LOST my part and the front desk guy tried to scramble around to get a new one. I was SUPER angry because we only had an hour before they closed. Yes, it took them ALL day to wait for a replacement. Their ONLY redeeming factor was when one of the kindest mechanics came out to us and told us to buy the part ourselves. He told us who to call and what to get. We got it and he fixed it within the hour. But wouldn't you know, now my horn doesn't work! I appreciate him otherwise this would be a ZERO star review. Truly. Honestly, I would avoid this place like the plague but it's getting more stars just because of the ONE mechanic who actually tried to help us. If you can swag it, go somewhere else. But it's open on Sunday and sometimes you've gotta go to Pep Boys.

I was told that they were not honoring any appointments until at least Thursday. I showed him all the "Appointment reminder" texts that Pep Boys has been sending me all week, he just shrugged and told me to drive to the other side of the city to a different location to get the repair done. Got to the other Pep Boys location and that guy made it clear that he wasn't interested in fixing it either. Go to Firestone or Greg's Automotive.

R3 Performance Products - Condition of my suspension and powder coat finish prior to return to R3

The following is a very brief overview of my experience as a customer whom has paid in full around…read more30k. I purchased a new R3 convertible with a Heidts Pro G front and 4-link rear suspension. I was in the process of turning their product into a vehicle when I discovered major and minor issues with my shell. Ultimately, I had to bring multiple issues to R3's attention as I felt it might not be safe to precede with my build. Some specific issues of concern were the cowl vent, windshield header bar, dash position, and frame rails. I had to modify my Heidts transmission crossmember by 3/4 of an inch since my floor supports were not symmetrical and shifted towards the passenger side. I confirmed with Heidts via photographs and measurements that everything was ok with their suspension components and cross member. After forwarding my concerns to R3 via email, they assured me that everythign would be made right and they agreed to take the car back along with additional auto parts to help them including, original Mustang fenders, pedal box, windshield trim, and more. During my third inspection, I brought to R3's attention that there were still issues with the shell and that they had damaged my fenders by using impact wrenches and by welding a nut on the fender in place of the factory I nut. All while this was happening, I posted my first social media review and R3 lawyers wrote me some unfriendly letters. I removed my initial review and photographs as I felt we were on the same page in regards to moving forward as my focus has always been to receive a quality product to resume my build. About five months later, I was informed in writing that everything passed quality control and I optimistically made my fifth visit to their facilities for what I was hoping to be the last inspection, but unfortunately I had to bring a number of issues to their attention. R3 bolted all of my parts onto what looked to be a newly constructed shell since all of the holes that I drilled throughout the body are gone (oil cooler lines, hydraulic clutch, scuff plates, interior quarter panel holes, boot trim, etc). Thus, I optimistically believe the major structural issues have been addressed which is a positive, but I won't really know until I assemble the car again. I am pleased about the now correct 66 style Mustang dash. Everything was covered in dust, but the left hand upper control arm was rubbing against the frame rail, the windshield header bar was missing trim tabs, my custom removable radiator support was no longer flush, and they sprayed the entire interior with truck raptor liner. I used lizardskin. My anodized Ring Brothers billet trunk hinges, rear Wilwood disc calipers, powder coat suspension, rear end, and coil over shocks, were scratched in numerous locations and the majority of the bolt and nut suspension hardware looks like it will need to be replaced. In addition, my shell originally had single-piece aprons, but this has two-piece aprons with drilled out towers. I thought this would have been a simple process, but unfortunately some things have moved backwards. Attached are some photographs from my journey as a customer.

They got offended when I asked for references. They told me they really didn't want to do the work because they had a big contract coming up for building 499 bodies for an Electric Mustang start up (Charge in England). After discussing with another customer who got the runaround and had to pull his incomplete vehicle (after spending $100,000), I decided this was not a reputable business. After researching Ray's history in SoCal, you can see his legacy is taking the money and running. Looking at the purchasing company who brought them to Tulsa, it appears this guy is a wanna-be entrepreneur who is more interested in marketing than producing a good product. Buyer Beware!

I bought TWO new F150 trucks from Mathews Ford in 2016, before Jim Norton bought the dealership. I purchased a set of tires January of 2025. Last week I noticed all four rims were damaged. Why didn't I notice it earlier? I'm 78 years old with back issues, so I can no longer do my own detail work. My last surgery was Oct 31, 2025. Jim Norton is saying 2016 wheels are faulty. I'm saying the rims were damaged in taking the old tires off and installing the new ones. Words of Jim Norton service manager, we agree to disagree. A shout out to ANYONE purchasing new tires or anyone with a 2016 truck. Please inspect your rims. If your rims are peeling please call Dave @ 918-798-5710, I would like to hear from you.
