Called me 2 weeks later telling me my bike was finished (no quote provided) I mentioned that to them, and asked if they even fixed my bike. At that point they asked what was wrong with it again. I told them it was the clutch, just like I said when I dropped it off. I asked what they even did to my bike, and they informed me they did an oil change, cleaned carbs, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs (everything I ALREADY DID MYSELF before I dropped it off with them!!) on top of that they tried to charge me $500+ for that! ...long story short... they had my bike for a total of 6 weeks, ended up only charging me for parts (of the service I already completed) and did not fix anything. When I picked up my bike I found the fuel petcock was disconnected, as well as found a handful of bolts in the storage under my seat they apparently didn't bother putting my bike back together. WORST SERVICE EVER. 6 weeks, was lied to, never had calls returned, and my bike is in worse shape than when I dropped it off.

Tulsa Powersports were booked 2 weeks out, but i set an appointment anyway because they're the only Honda repair place i could find locally. When i showed up 2 weeks later, it was like i had snuck up on them. They didn't know who i was or why i was there, and the salesperson filled out a new ticket for my repair. He said it would take a week or two. About 2 weeks later i got a call that the work was done, and came back to pick up the mower. I was charged nearly $200 for the "repair," but i saw little improvement in the wheels' movement. I asked for a refund which they issued, and they asked if they could attempt to make it right by actually repairing the mower's wheel issue. I agreed and was impressed at their integrity at this point. They said it would be a few more weeks. After about a month, I hadn't heard anything so I called the shop for an update, and the salesperson said the mower was ready, that the mechanic who had "repaired" the mower previously had misdiagnosed the issue, but he assured me it was fixed this time. I showed up today, and was charged the same price as before, nearly $200 (they are asking $450 for their brand new mowers). The salesperson commented that I wouldn't be charged for the labor for both of the "repairs," as if i should be thankful, and he wheeled out the mower. The wheels' movement hasn't improved since the last visit. I asked the salesperson if he would be happy receiving this quality of service for this price and he responded, "yes." It gave me everything i need to know about this operation. Zero integrity. Zero accountability. I would suggest heading elsewhere for any repairs you may need.

I noticed an issue with the quickshifter and some difficulties with the gearbox the last month after the service. In an attempt to make an appointment to get this looked at for a warranty service I was told they don't make appointments! For "services" they make appointments but not for repairs. They stated that I would drop the bike off and they would get to it in three or four weeks. I asked again if I could just make an appointment for three or four weeks from now. I was told no they don't do that... Are you kidding?? Apparently, 5th Gear prefers Tulsa residents to shop at Eurotek in OKC.

The second time he charge $167 and the problem still wasn't fixed. It wasn't even worked on. He said they did this and they did that....the bolts were NEVER broke. It is obvious he did not do what he said. After all this, my son and I will be the only ones working on this 4wheeler. I know I can't do a worse job!!! 1 Star - Poor Communication, Excessive Delays, and Questionable Charges…read more I recently had my 2004 Honda VTX1300 serviced at Synergy Motor Works, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Before dropping the bike off, I was told the diagnostic process would take approximately 2 days and repairs would be completed in 2 weeks. Instead, the bike remained in the shop for nearly 5 weeks. The first issue was communication. During those 5 weeks, I received virtually no proactive updates. I had to call the shop weekly, each Tuesday, myself to find out what was going on. After about two weeks, I was finally informed that the air box needed replacement. However, no price was ever provided for the part or repair. While I admit I should have specifically asked for a quote, I expected a repair facility to communicate costs before proceeding. What really raised concerns was the conflicting information regarding the air box. One week I was told the part was expected to arrive Thursday or Friday. The following week, when I called again, I was told the part had actually been shipped on that Thursday. Those timelines simply didn't add up and left me questioning whether the part had even been ordered when I was originally told. The most disappointing interaction occurred when I politely pointed out the inconsistency and mentioned that my motorcycle had already been in the shop for over four weeks. Rather than addressing the concern, I was immediately told, "You're welcome to come get it as is." That response felt unprofessional and dismissive of a customer who had remained calm and patient throughout the entire process. When I finally received the invoice, I was shocked: Diagnostic Fee: $145.00 Oil Change: $162.70 Inspection: $72.50 Air Box Replacement: $337.96 Spark Plugs: $108.30 Total Invoice: $876.31 I was particularly confused by being charged both a diagnostic fee and a separate inspection fee. Additionally, the air box replacement charge seemed excessive considering OEM air box components can be found online for a fraction of that amount. After nearly 5 weeks in the shop, minimal communication, conflicting information, and a bill approaching $900 for what amounted to an oil change, spark plugs, and an air box replacement, I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Everyone makes mistakes, and I've certainly learned to insist on written estimates and part pricing before authorizing repairs. Hopefully this review helps someone else avoid the same experience. Buyer beware. Ask for detailed estimates, parts pricing, and completion timelines in writing before leaving your vehicle. In life you can learn lessons two ways. 1st by seeing others do it right, or by learning from others doing it wrong. Please learn from me doing it wrong. Update: Shop did call, however, didn't go very well. Wasn't allowed to speak, ended with threats that my review would be removed.
