Tulsa Powersports were booked 2 weeks out, but i set an appointment anyway because they're the only Honda repair place i could find locally. When i showed up 2 weeks later, it was like i had snuck up on them. They didn't know who i was or why i was there, and the salesperson filled out a new ticket for my repair. He said it would take a week or two. About 2 weeks later i got a call that the work was done, and came back to pick up the mower. I was charged nearly $200 for the "repair," but i saw little improvement in the wheels' movement. I asked for a refund which they issued, and they asked if they could attempt to make it right by actually repairing the mower's wheel issue. I agreed and was impressed at their integrity at this point. They said it would be a few more weeks. After about a month, I hadn't heard anything so I called the shop for an update, and the salesperson said the mower was ready, that the mechanic who had "repaired" the mower previously had misdiagnosed the issue, but he assured me it was fixed this time. I showed up today, and was charged the same price as before, nearly $200 (they are asking $450 for their brand new mowers). The salesperson commented that I wouldn't be charged for the labor for both of the "repairs," as if i should be thankful, and he wheeled out the mower. The wheels' movement hasn't improved since the last visit. I asked the salesperson if he would be happy receiving this quality of service for this price and he responded, "yes." It gave me everything i need to know about this operation. Zero integrity. Zero accountability. I would suggest heading elsewhere for any repairs you may need.

We used to be a Duruxx dealer and due to lack of available product we terminated our relationship…read more In January we were approached by a dealer who had 3 2016 Duruxx DRX2 models 1 2016 DRX4 and 1 2015 Duruxx DRX 4 model. The dealer stated due to poor customer service and lack of warranty coverage from Duruxx he just wanted to sell these units and cease his relationship with Duruxx. We elected to buy the 5 Duruxx models, sent the dealer the money and had the units shipped to us. When the units arrived we completed our inspection and found that 2016 models had EPA stickers stating they are actually 2015 models and the 2015 DRX4 had an incorrect vin number that Duruxx placed on the unit. On 2/1/2017 I called the dealer who I purchased the units from and explained the issues and he called Duruxx who refused to help resolve the issue. On 2/3/2017 I called Lee (the owner of Duruxx) and explained the issues and he stated he would correct the issues and provide me with a tracking number within 2 business days. After the 2 days went by I called Lee again who stated he will have the tracking number to me by the end of the business day, which never happened. We have made numerous calls to Lee over the 3 weeks with no response. We have sent both Lee (the owner of Duruxx) and Mandy (his wife) who signed the incorrect MSO's numerous emails and they have failed to respond to the issues. These units were built in 2015 and sold to Duruxx from the factory as 2015 models with 2015 EPA certificates and Duruxx elected to change the VINs over to 2016 models and leave the 2015 EPA plates on them. It clearly appears as this is fraud on the part of Duruxx and I would only assume if we have 5 the other Duruxx dealers are in the same boat, not to mention the poor consumer who paid for a 2016 and ended up with a 2015 with wrong vins and wrong EPA plates. I would strongly caution any dealers and consumers to stay away from this company and if you see that same issues on the Duruxx models you purchased to contact the state of Oklahoma and file a complaint as that is the state Duruxx is licensed in. Again, we only wanted Duruxx to provide the correct vins and MSO's to match the units.

About one year ago I brought my 1995 Intruder to this business for some engine work and tire…read morereplacement. The owner was about two weeks behind. No problem w/ that as I was in no rush. While awaiting the repair order to be typed the owner noticed the luxury vehicle picking me up from the shop. His attitude changed a bit. He asked, "Is that your car waiting for you?" I answered "Yes, it's my wife's car." He didn't say anything further and I thought nothing of it. One week later I pulled into a QuikTrip for some beer and noticed a strong fuel odor. I checked under the bike and saw fuel leaking from the fuel pump hoses. The next day I performed a diagnostic check on the bike. He had removed the new factory fuel hose clamps w/ aftermarket screw clamps. He had torqued them down so much both hose ends were cut. I repaired the lines and installed new factory clamps. One week later the bike ran out of gas while I was riding. I switched the fuel shut-off valve to "reserve" but still the bike would not restart. I had to contact my sons to come pick me up after pushing the bike 1/4 mile. The next day I found the hoses had been reversed so the reserve was the main and vice versa. I performed a complete check of the bike and found he had not tightened the innertube valve stem locknuts to the rims. I had him replace the tires and tubes as part of the bike's services. I found the driveshaft tube paint destroyed by whatever tools he used. The tube needs no tools to remove the rear wheel. The bike ran great, so no problems there. He cleaned and rebuilt the carbs correctly. The bike still runs great, so he knows his way around a motorcycle, but i found a dent on the fuel tank at the front right top. There was no dent there when I bought the bike, but cannot prove he, or his buddy, did the damage. No rock could have impacted that area, it was behind the handlebar clamps. The paint was not chipped so some tool was used to dent the tank. I have pictures of said damage, fuel leak, damaged hoses w/ reversed lines, loose valve stem locknuts and damaged paint. I feel too many simple mistakes could not be random by a trained small engine repair tech. Imho the mistakes made were deliberate, but this is only my opinion. I waited to review my experience so I did not seem angry. Caveat emptor folks. Thank you.

Called me 2 weeks later telling me my bike was finished (no quote provided) I mentioned that to them, and asked if they even fixed my bike. At that point they asked what was wrong with it again. I told them it was the clutch, just like I said when I dropped it off. I asked what they even did to my bike, and they informed me they did an oil change, cleaned carbs, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs (everything I ALREADY DID MYSELF before I dropped it off with them!!) on top of that they tried to charge me $500+ for that! ...long story short... they had my bike for a total of 6 weeks, ended up only charging me for parts (of the service I already completed) and did not fix anything. When I picked up my bike I found the fuel petcock was disconnected, as well as found a handful of bolts in the storage under my seat they apparently didn't bother putting my bike back together. WORST SERVICE EVER. 6 weeks, was lied to, never had calls returned, and my bike is in worse shape than when I dropped it off.

I purchased a brand new Massimo TBoss from them. We did sunset cruises on back roads and dove it with other golf carts at an RV Park. Within the first few months and well under 100 miles, it had several issues. They informed me they couldn't perform that level of repair. They also didn't help me get it to an authorized service repair shop. They didn't follow up to see if I was taken care of. When I suggested just giving me a different unit since mine was so new and they couldn't repair it, they informed me their insurance wouldn't allow them to take used units which seemed really convenient if not intentionally planned. The sales process was fine. They are not setup to support the brands they sell. All they would simply state was "we just haven't had any issues out of those units" which didn't help me when I did.
