The employees ended up being very nice and professional. It did take 5 hours. Insurance covered my costs, so I've no opinion on pricing. But so far, so good on my full windshield replacement. I was an ad on that. The person who spoke to me who scheduled me this morning. Lied to me about everything. They told me, so I'm not quite sure whether she called me a liar. Or she called her employee liar. But everything I told her that I or tried to tell her that her employee said to me. She just kept talking over me. Wanting me to reschedule for Saturday. She was trying not to lose my business and had she just listened to me. She would have kept my business without her talking over me and being rude and disrespectful. And then when I called her on it. And she started getting loud. I hung up. I called back to speak to someone else. I got the same person on the phone who informed me at that time, the second time that she was the supervisor, and that was just the way they did business. I will not do business with those who are rude and disrespectful. It was a simple solution to a horrible problem. All she had to do was just listen to me and let me get the complaint off.
