They offered a paint pen as a solution. The vehicle is in worse shape then it was going into the shop. The cracked windshield looked better than all the damage they did to the vehicle when receiving it. Not to mention they scheduled me to bring the vehicle in multiple times only to tell me they don't have the parts and sent me away. It's an hour round trip. We've made 7 trips (that's 7 hours worth of driving) and it's still not repaired. The manager claims none of this is his responsibility. Showed us before photos of the trim nice and perfect then after breaking the trim the second time around showed us new photos of the cracked trim claiming the original photos never existed.

That they have. And finally, I got somebody on the phone, and she wouldn't. Let me speak to a supervisor to discuss my issue as to why 5 hours later. I still hadn't heard anything about anybody coming out. She then explained to me that it would be after 5. Before somebody got to me, then somebody called me on my cell phone from the 833 number and informed me that. Not only will I not be seen today. I was never really truly on the scheduled for today. I was an ad on that. The person who spoke to me who scheduled me this morning. Lied to me about everything. They told me, so I'm not quite sure whether she called me a liar. Or she called her employee liar. But everything I told her that I or tried to tell her that her employee said to me. She just kept talking over me. Wanting me to reschedule for Saturday. She was trying not to lose my business and had she just listened to me. She would have kept my business without her talking over me and being rude and disrespectful. And then when I called her on it. And she started getting loud. I hung up. I called back to speak to someone else. I got the same person on the phone who informed me at that time, the second time that she was the supervisor, and that was just the way they did business. I will not do business with those who are rude and disrespectful. It was a simple solution to a horrible problem. All she had to do was just listen to me and let me get the complaint off. My chest and the problem would have been solved.
