    Defective upper molding

    Dealing with Safelite in Broken Arrow, OK has been an absolute nightmare!! I made an appointment 6 weeks ago to have their professional Technician meet me at my home. I took time away from work and met him in my driveway with the plenty of light and space. The Tech was there all of 5 minutes when said he couldn't take qcare of my windshield replacement due to the fact that he didn't have the correct tools ie molding. He told me to book an appointment in Broken Arrow approximately 35 minutes away for better service. I couldn't get in for 5 more weeks, then finally had the replacement done on a Saturday morning. It took them 2 1/2 hours and I paid. Once I got home in the sunlight, I could see that the upper molding did not fit on my vehicle ie bulging, twisted not flush to the windshield. I immediately called and made a warranty appointment for the following week. Again, I took my vehicle in over my lunch hour (after calling to be assured the right part was in fact there) and once I arrived, they told me it had actually had not arrived. Why they lied I do not know. So I made a "4th" appointment, this time on Saturday as I've already taken too much time away from work. As I was driving to my 4th appointment this afternoon , they called and said although they had "thought" the correct upper molding was there, now they could not find it! So I turned around and went home again and as I was turning off my house alarm and yelling at my dog (he thought I was a burglar!) some guy named Thomas hung up on me!! This is by far the most incompetent business I have run across in years. I have called Safelite's 800 number numerous times and have not been given any resolution. The last person I spoke with (today) made an appointment in Bartlesville for Saturday morning. That is 1 hour away from Tulsa but there is NO way I will return to the unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent staff in Broken Arrow. Now I am inconvenienced yet again (2 hours driving and 2+ hours at their shop) and I'm also very concerned my windshield needs to be replaced. As incompetent as this BA group is; I have zero confidence that my windshield was installed properly. I also spoke with a woman 2 days ago at their 800# who promised someone would be calling me and that Safelite did in fact care about such terrible service. But of course, I have not received a call from anyone. I highly recommend NOT taking your vehicle to this shop. You will surely regret it!!

    When you want to call Safelite AutoGlass (Broken Arrow, OK) @SafeliteBrokenArrowOK to tell them that the windshield they replaced leaks, but you can't talk to them, why put a phone number on the invoice? Their phone message just tells you to go back to their website and then hangs up. I don't really appreciate not being able to talk to someone in the B.A. shop. When I originally picked my car up the housing behind my mirror had not been re-attached to the windshield and was hanging down. They sent the tech out to the parking lot to fix that issue. I'll have to contact Progressive and tell them the repair didn't work and see if they can help again. Yay Progressive!
