I called them and they made me an appointment for today. And told me that they would get ahold of me within 2 hours and if I didn't to call a number, they give me an 8333 number and that number was not answered, it went directly to voice, which you could not leave a message at all, then I called the 8 for 4 number. That they have. And finally, I got somebody on the phone, and she wouldn't. Let me speak to a supervisor to discuss my issue as to why 5 hours later. I still hadn't heard anything about anybody coming out. She then explained to me that it would be after 5. Before somebody got to me, then somebody called me on my cell phone from the 833 number and informed me that. Not only will I not be seen today. I was never really truly on the scheduled for today. I was an ad on that. The person who spoke to me who scheduled me this morning. Lied to me about everything. They told me, so I'm not quite sure whether she called me a liar. Or she called her employee liar. But everything I told her that I or tried to tell her that her employee said to me. She just kept talking over me. Wanting me to reschedule for Saturday. She was trying not to lose my business and had she just listened to me. She would have kept my business without her talking over me and being rude and disrespectful. And then when I called her on it. And she started getting loud. I hung up. I called back to speak to someone else. I got the same person on the phone who informed me at that time, the second time that she was the supervisor, and that was just the way they did business. I will not do business with those who are rude and disrespectful. It was a simple solution to a horrible problem. All she had to do was just listen to me and let me get the complaint off.
