They broke multiple parts of the…read morevehicle with the install, dented the frame of the vehicle, scratched off a lot of exterior paint, stained the interior of the Land Rover with grease and glue, cracked the trim on one side of the vehicle, and they refuse to fix any of it. They offered a paint pen as a solution. The vehicle is in worse shape then it was going into the shop. The cracked windshield looked better than all the damage they did to the vehicle when receiving it. Not to mention they scheduled me to bring the vehicle in multiple times only to tell me they don't have the parts and sent me away. It's an hour round trip. We've made 7 trips (that's 7 hours worth of driving) and it's still not repaired. The manager claims none of this is his responsibility. Showed us before photos of the trim nice and perfect then after breaking the trim the second time around showed us new photos of the cracked trim claiming the original photos never existed.

A few friend recommended looking into paint protection film. Auto Distinctions had done a fantastic job tenting my BMW windows, so I checked with them first. They recommended PPF on the front surfaces and ceramic coating all around. Tesla only tints the back windows , so I added tinting the front windows to make it all match. It took a week to get everything done and the results were fantastic. The car looks better than new! A fantastic look that will last years. There were several calls between A-1 myself & the insurance company, initiated by myself or the insurance company. They called me once when the car was ready & I still had to wait when I got there so they could wash it. A-1 wanted to charge me extra because the insurance company wouldn't pay their high labor price. At one point A-1 even told the insurance company that they didn't have my car because I didn't bring it in. At delivery the car's interior was covered in heavy dust along with the rear hatch not aligned properly. I decided not to take it back to A-1 because I didn't have another 5 weeks to wait. There were several other issues but I didn't want this review to get too long. There are way too many body shops is Broken Arrow so any future business will go elsewhere
