This vehicle is a first vehicle for a teenager that DOES NOT have her license yet so it has been driven minimally. More than enough time to cure especially with the high heat days we've already had. Second, because the vehicle is for a teenager I decided that a lower quality film would be fine. Mind you I paid $1200 for lifetime warranty ceramic on my vehicle and have lesser quality variations on previous vehicles. Apparently, lower/lowest quality film means all around trash between quality, installation, and customer service. When I called and asked if there was a warranty on the film I was open and told them when I had the tint installed. As any business owner should they questioned why I waited so long. I can go into excuses, but I won't. I'll just say life. After explaining the situation I was told I got the lowest quality film and that there wasn't a warranty. I explained that this was likely NOT the film but issues with the installation and air quality where the install took place. After I made that statement then it was well if you would have in two or three weeks after the job was done. I've emailed the shop. Waiting on a response if I get one. Either way, so your research, ask about quality and installation warranties, and just because a company can get you in quickly and is on the cheaper side does not mean the work or customer service will be quality.

So I reached out to them, and they said they would start the order for the windshield. Which was a little frustrating, made me think "would they have even called or ordered the windshield if I didn't call?" The day of my appointment I dropped my car off at 9am, thinking it would just take a couple of hours. Around 2pm I called for an update on when it would be done. They told me they weren't sure and it's still being worked on, but surely by the end of the day. I finally got a call around 3pm for pickup. While it was a quick process to finish check out, I am not happy with the services. I got in my car the next day with shorts on only to find tiny shards of glass covering my seats and on the back of my legs. I am not sure why there was glass pieces all over my seats, dashboard, and inside my console. But I would think they would do a clean up after install to prevent this situation.
