Two months ago, we brought in pictures of our bathrooms along with absolute measurements. Me, being a building contractor, knew exactly how to measure for the job, but understood that they would have to still send their own people to measure. Two months later, I called them, and they had no idea of what I was talking about when I inquired about the estimate that they were supposed to give me within two weeks of me dropping off all of my pictures and paperwork. Once they did find it, they gave me a $8000 estimate for two bathrooms, not entirely out of the question, and not entirely a terrible price. However, when they hit me with a $1200 trip charge, I questioned it! I was then attacked Extremely Rudely by a woman who said she was a manager and said "I'm not trying to be rude, but that's just the way it is!". When I said it sounded like you were going out of your way to be rude, she got furious, and said we will decline this job and hung up on me without further explanation. What a joke, if you're looking for a professional company, I suggest you go elsewhere. This company might be good at changing a window that some kid throws a rock through, but certainly not trustworthy to allow into your house to work on your custom rooms.

The mirror had blackened at the bottom and had lost it's reflective properties over 20+ years because I never wiped the water I splash like crazy off the mirror consistently. The estimate was fair and we scheduled for the replacement mirror to be installed after they cut and prepared it. A week or so later two male employees came out with the mirror and smoothly removed the old mirror without damaging the drywall behind it and replaced it with the new mirror which was cut perfectly and a much higher quality than the builders grade mirror originally installed. The workers were professional and didn't leave until everything was cleaned up and perfect. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and cost of the job. The end result was excellent. It starts with selecting your pieces, then designing a composition, wrapping the glass in lead came and soldering it into a finished design. The instructor, Richard, and his crew were incredibly helpful and can guide you through each step of the process from coming up with a creative idea to putting your pieces together. It was interesting to learn about the process and a little bit of history behind stained glass making. Creating the project was an immersive hands on experience - the time flew by! They also have a rage room where you can smash plates and other things. We were immersed in finishing our project so didn't try it, but it's there. The dark room is quite the experience, you really have to see for yourself. Highly recommend taking a class here. It's a great activity for groups, date night or solo if you're looking for something entertaining and creative.
