They called me first thing on Monday and gave me a quote within a couple of hours. This was the only place other than dealers that I could find that replaces sunroofs. It took several weeks to receive the new glass after the initial one was received broken and having to re-order it. Chris came to my home, was meticulous in vacuuming the broken glass out of car & track. He replaced and tested new glass. He did a great job, was very professional and is a very nice man who takes pride in doing a good job! I highly recommend his company!

With summer coming, I figured it was finally time to get the window fixed. I have had others try to repair the part before, but none of their fixes resulted in a permanent solution. John with GBT came out to my work, took a look at the problem, diagnosed the issues and truly found me the best price for the replacement parts. I was shocked (in a good way) when I heard what it would cost for a full replace of the window and regulator. John had called around to multiple suppliers to truly find me the best price. Not only that, but the time it took for the work to be completed was minimal and had little disruption on my day. I would highly recommend Glass By Tony for any and all glass repair needs. Their customer service, timeliness, cost savings and quality are unreal.

Others didn't want to touch it . All of them recommended that I have AAA Frame and Jeremy Taylor look at it. Upon meeting them I was sure I wanted them to fix my truck. They knew immediately where to get new bed panels and listened to exactly what I wanted. Here's the problem. They over delivered and came in under budget. My truck is beautiful. I bought it brand new in 1990. It was never this nice. The paint is like liquid mirror. It is flawless. I can't believe it's the same truck. If I knew it could look like this, I would have wrecked it years ago. It's so nice I really don't want to use it for truck stuff. My neighbors can't believe it's the same truck. Initially, I was going to self-pay and deal with the insurance company myself. They weren't going to pay to have it repaired the way I wanted it, and just wanted to be done with it. Bad idea. Enter Kerri Taylor, owner and "She Who Must Be Obeyed!" In less than a day, and after I, like a dummy, already signed a release, got them to pay for the whole thing!! This lady saved me $$$$. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and concerned about doing it right and taking care of their customer. I am so grateful to them and their staff. One more thing: ignore the neighborhood. They are a diamond in the rough. Please go see them, talk to them. You'll be so glad you did.
