We've made 7 trips (that's 7 hours worth of driving) and it's still not repaired. The manager claims none of this is his responsibility. Showed us before photos of the trim nice and perfect then after breaking the trim the second time around showed us new photos of the cracked trim claiming the original photos never existed.
