I cannot tell y'all enough how much I appreciate this body shop and their hard work…read more The turnaround on everything I've needed from them has been fantastic. Months ago, I came in looking for help with my seat's electric switch. They didn't have the part in and had to order it over the weekend, but in the meantime they manually moved my chair to a comfortable place for me free of charge. That's a lot of trust for a small business, I could have driven off and not come back because I was "happy" with where the seat was. But I knew right then that I'd be coming back. The front office (a husband and wife, the owners) are so incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I've never once felt pressured to do a specific service at a certain time. My brakes have been grinding and they got me in ASAP and the turnaround was just a few hours! The prices are fair and the facilities rock. Definitely grab a handful of M&Ms and some coffee if that's your thing. If you're looking for body or mechanic work, consider American Autobody. You could not ask for faster service and better quality from kinder people.

I highly recommend this business and will be using them for my truck in the very near future. The service is a good value!

Brought my Mercedes to this certified autoshop as i had no choice since they are the only shop with this certification. I brought the car in for a few dents and scratches. They make you sign paperwork before they even accept your car and they use this when they try to rip you off. Fast forward NINE weeks and only one call from the account manager assigned to my vehicle (all other updates involved me calling to initiate the communication) later. They held my car hostage until i paid absurd charges not communicated at any point beyond saying there was a possibility (in the paper they make you sign before sharing any information). I specifically asked/told them not to perform any extra work without my approval, especially if it involved out-of-pocket payments from me. Beyond the extreme unprofessionalism and ineptitude of the account manager AND President of the "company", throw in rudeness (e.g. hanging up in your face, calling the customer "full of attitude", and "figure out what you owe from the numbers i gave you"), no communication, and a car that STILL has scratches (old and new). Attached are pictures AFTER the car was at the shop for 9 weeks. This is what they consider full repair, paint, and detailing... Might as well be a criminal organization. STAY CLEAR OF THIS "business"
