They beat their own estimate and got my car back to me a lot quicker than I had anticipated. When we ran into a minor snafu during pick up, they helped me out with a loaner since I'd just turned in my rental. My car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Jeff and Jason were great to work with as was everyone else. My car looks great and I'm so happy to have it back. Great work/experience all around.

Don't come here if you don't have an insurance claim. I've had two experiences with this body shop…read more First one was great (insurance claim) got an estimate, got my truck in, work was done great, great experience. Second one was complete HOT GARBAGE, can't get a price to fix truck the second time (not an insurance claim) the guy behind the counter told me on my third trip to his shop I needed an appointment to get a price which is what I had the first trip I made the second time around. Had an appointment but his computer crashed which somehow turned into my problem, he asked me to come back. Second trip, second time around (with no appointment mind you) he walked out with his phone took pics and said he'd call let me know, never did. Come to find out he lost the photos or my number or something. Came back a third time, second go around, was told AGAIN I needed an appointment, he couldn't just give me an estimate because he had 2 in front of him and apparently 3 is just too many. I don't recommend Floyd for customer service reasons the man behind the counter doesn't understand that those 2 words mean, but they did great body work, I'd give a 1 star if it wasn't for the first experience. I'd gladly pay someone else twice as much if I can better service than this, which is what I'll be doing.

I cannot tell y'all enough how much I appreciate this body shop and their hard work…read more The turnaround on everything I've needed from them has been fantastic. Months ago, I came in looking for help with my seat's electric switch. They didn't have the part in and had to order it over the weekend, but in the meantime they manually moved my chair to a comfortable place for me free of charge. That's a lot of trust for a small business, I could have driven off and not come back because I was "happy" with where the seat was. But I knew right then that I'd be coming back. The front office (a husband and wife, the owners) are so incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I've never once felt pressured to do a specific service at a certain time. My brakes have been grinding and they got me in ASAP and the turnaround was just a few hours! The prices are fair and the facilities rock. Definitely grab a handful of M&Ms and some coffee if that's your thing. If you're looking for body or mechanic work, consider American Autobody. Thankfully they left a business card in my wiper and their insurance then paid to fix my car. I had to leave another different body shop because they told me they wouldn't stand by the work if the color didn't match... WHAT So I went to Gerber and they took great care of us. The car was ready in one week. I'll go back any time we need glass or bodywork. In fact they also replaced a window on another car we have after they did this pictured Lexus. Great experience, great communication, and I'm thankful that they stand by their work. We didn't have to pay because it was an insurance job, but we saw the prior company's bid and Gerber's was $1,000 less. They replaced parts, rewired stuff, replaced parts of a light, replaced a wheel and tire, dealt directly with insurance, repainted the bumper to match my car. They separately buffed out a place on this car, and replaced a window in another car. Thank you Gerber!
