On our way to visit some family near Tulsa we had an accident. We were referred to AAA Frame & Body. The initial phone call was terrific as they felt they could help us before we had to make the long drive home. There were some issues with getting the parts and the owner took it upon himself to get the issue fixed and even drove to the location to get the part that was supposed to be delivered. My 1990 Ford F150 with 45000 original miles and not a scratch on it was hit broadside while parked in my driveway. A couple of shops wanted to swap the bed and respray. Others didn't want to touch it . All of them recommended that I have AAA Frame and Jeremy Taylor look at it. Upon meeting them I was sure I wanted them to fix my truck. They knew immediately where to get new bed panels and listened to exactly what I wanted. Here's the problem. They over delivered and came in under budget. My truck is beautiful. I bought it brand new in 1990. It was never this nice. The paint is like liquid mirror. It is flawless. I can't believe it's the same truck. If I knew it could look like this, I would have wrecked it years ago. It's so nice I really don't want to use it for truck stuff. My neighbors can't believe it's the same truck. Initially, I was going to self-pay and deal with the insurance company myself. They weren't going to pay to have it repaired the way I wanted it, and just wanted to be done with it. Bad idea. Enter Kerri Taylor, owner and "She Who Must Be Obeyed!" In less than a day, and after I, like a dummy, already signed a release, got them to pay for the whole thing!! This lady saved me $$$$. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and concerned about doing it right and taking care of their customer. I am so grateful to them and their staff. This was the best body shop I have been too. They were kind and helpful with my questions. The service was outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was returned in a timely manner. The vehicle had a shiny sparkle inside and out. I felt like she was brand new again. My recent experience with AAA was great! I brought my Equinox in for an alignment that other places didn't feel comfortable working on because of a toed in rear wheel. I had gotten used to the rough ride of the vehicle and driven it across the country. I was expecting a long and expensive repair. AAA Frame & Body is top notch!! After calling around to many body shops for estimates for my husband's truck repair, I was frustrated. Some required an appointment, some would have to call me back and some were downright condescending and rude to me! But, when I called AAA and spoke with Jeremy (the owner) it was a totally different story. He was polite and took time to look up the parts I needed while I was on the phone-giving me the estimate. This immediately helped me make my decision even though it wasn't the cheapest estimate I received. The first impression I got was enough to sway me. And they were able to do the repair the next day and all of the staff were great to us. But, the star of the show was Leonard their Schnauzer puppy! I took my Nissan 350Z to several body shops in the Tulsa area for an estimate to repair several large scratches down the back end of my Z.
