I go in to get two new tires but was talked into getting 4 gently used tires. They worked with me and my budget and instead of getting two new tires I purchased the 4 used tires. My estimated time of completion was 11:04am. My car didn't get back to the bay until 11:17am. Now I was a little irritated by this as all of the people who were there before me had left and even people who came in after me to buy new tires were leaving before me. Now I understand that they take appointments, however there was only one person who came in and said that he had an appointment scheduled. I felt slighted because I bought used tires and not brand new that's why I was being pushed to the back burner. When they finally finished my car which was closer to noon than the 11:04am that was quoted to me they forgot to put the caps on two of my tires. I went back in to let them know so they did fix it before I left. I guess next time I will buy new tires and maybe I'll receive better service. I bought it brand new in 1990. It was never this nice. The paint is like liquid mirror. It is flawless. I can't believe it's the same truck. If I knew it could look like this, I would have wrecked it years ago. It's so nice I really don't want to use it for truck stuff. My neighbors can't believe it's the same truck. Initially, I was going to self-pay and deal with the insurance company myself. They weren't going to pay to have it repaired the way I wanted it, and just wanted to be done with it. Bad idea. Enter Kerri Taylor, owner and "She Who Must Be Obeyed!" In less than a day, and after I, like a dummy, already signed a release, got them to pay for the whole thing!! This lady saved me $$$$. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and concerned about doing it right and taking care of their customer. I am so grateful to them and their staff.
