I've had them for about five years but have not reached the 60k miles warranty. I asked them if they can check on the warranty to see if we can apply it to 2 new tires. They did and I was able to replace the front tires at the pro rated rate. They patched up the tire with the nail and replaced 2 tires in less than an hour. Services was friendly and quick.

They said it couldn't be patched, so I ordered two new tires. They explained they'd put the new tires on the back and put two of the old tires on the front. Instead they put two new tires on the front and put the bad tire on the back. I had an appointment that took two hours of wait time because a car they had just worked on was brought back because of bad balancing. Since I was only getting two new tires, I confirmed they put the new two tires on the back of my truck. I also asked that they kept the best of the three old tires for the two in front. They confirmed they would put the good front tire in the back of my truck for an extra spare, and then the best two on the front. Two hours later, they had put the new tires on the front and moved the bad tire onto the back. I brought my truck back in and luckily they could switch everything out first thing the next day, but then I had to come back in to ask for them to update my tire sensors and air up a rear tire. I know they tried to make it right, but they treated me like I was not speaking the same language and claimed they weren't "aware of a bad tire", kept questioning my knowledge of my own truck and it felt by the end, I was still having to go back to ask them to fix their mistakes. I don't want to go somewhere I have to check their work every time they hand me back the keys. Especially if it's after a huge of a mistake as putting a bad tire back on my truck.

The quality of their tires is good because they research what they want to offer and in this case they offered three different models of tires from different providers and I chose the one that fit my situation. The best the value at Robertson tires is good service. They do more than tires, oil changes and such. I've had various things taken care of when I visit Robertson and I can tell you they always do a good job. It is worth checking in with them if you need some service or tires.

The last time I needed it replaced, the auto parts shop did it for me, so I figured it'd be something easy. Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer.
