Got my tint done with privacy back in 21' and everything was great, nice quality, fast service etc so decided to come back with another vehicle this past week and regretted that decision immediately. First there's only 2-3 workers so expect to wait at least 3-4 hours. When just about any other shop could be done in one or two. My problems with the service was first off scheduling an appointment, and then coming on time to said appointment to be told they wouldn't have time to do what I needed done? So what's the appointment even for? To waste my time? Long story short I just worked with them and ended up doing a quicker process just so I can get it over with. Took a few hours but it looked fine once finished. After they were done they showed me they accidentally knocked the rear view mirror off which is okay, I get it, shit happens. So they told me to come back a different day and would fix (for context I live 45 minutes away from the shop this is very much a nuisance to me) But I wasn't bothered until I came back a different day to get it fixed and one more time they're going to tell me to come back later that evening to pick it up? No?! Not everyone can stop their lives and schedules for you to be able to fix YOUR mistake! That's horseshit! Long story short, you can go to any other shop in Tulsa or even Oklahoma and they will do the same quality job for less or the same price and probably less amount of time and trouble. Oh and they even left a couple of cute little 3M stickers on my windows for me! read more

The owners of this shop don't own up to their mistakes. They seem to lean towards "the customer is always wrong" motto. Save your time and money and go to a place with mature and responsible owners and staff. You'll be much happier with a more professional and customer service focused place. The windshield on our Volvo is like baking under a magnifying glass while driving or riding. The guys here recommended a tint to greatly reduce UV rays. Wow, what a difference! My husband and I are so pleased with the results. Car seems much cooler too! The guys were all great. Friendly and informative as well as a nice job. After a previous bad experience I searched high and low for a better business. I just picked up my car but so far I have been very pleased. The shop is run by Justin (owner) and he does the work. He is very nice and answered all my questions. He gave an upfront price and it never changed. The tint is machine cut so it fits your car perfectly. The tint is still wet but it looks great already. I wish a I had something good to say but I don't. They tinted my windows and told me that it comes with a life time warranty, the windows bubbled up so I took it back. They only wanted to fix one window and try and heat and press the others, well the bubbles came back so I took it back again and the owner said " that's about as good as its going to get unless I re-tint it, and I'm not doing that". So much for the "lifetime warranty", save your time and money and just let White Glove tint your windows, at least they honor their warranty. read more

Update. Had a sedan with factory tint that had one of the rear window's tint seriously scratch when the power window regulator failed and window fell into the door. As before, Privacy Tint did a great job matching the tint and making sure it was done right. Good to have a solid tint shop to go to when needed. read more

The guys at Privacy Tint are phenomenal. You can't beat this quality and dedication to get it done right for such a low price anywhere in Tulsa! If you want your windows tinted and done professionally with excellent customer service, get it done here! I promise you won't be disappointed. I'm very picky and even with me changing my mind about the shade of the tint as well as a few other things after it was installed, Justin and Vincent redid my back window with no extra charge. They are really personable and endeavor to get something right if it's not to the customer's liking/satisfaction. And you can't beat that lifetime warranty! Something happen to your tint? These guys will take care of it, no problem. Just give them a heads-up call that you'd like to come in since they are very busy on most days. Mornings are best if you can drop your car off and pick it up later. If not, they have a nice waiting room with free water and snacks. Man these guys are good me and my husband are getting ready to go on vacation and at the last minute decided we wanted to get the front windows of our car tinted we have not really done a whole lot of research but driving down the road trying to find a spot we came across privacy tent we were extremely happy we had both our kids with us so time was of the essence they got it done within 20 minutes we were out of there and they give you really good rates starting at $50 and then the amazing job definitely will recommend and go back read more
