Horrible service.. absolutely do not recommend. I would rather go without a windshield than use these guys for glass replacements.

The service I have received on my vehicles over the years has always been prompt, courteous, and professional. My single panel glass was shattered by gravel on my Dodge Ram 1500. Well first off it took them an extra 2 hours than what they said.And when I went to put my daughter in the backseat there was glass everywhere, in her car seat! .There is also white stuff all over the doors. First off they came out three times. The first time the windshield was installed they left a gap where air was coming into the cab, the second time they came out they were supposed to seal the gap but that was unsuccessful air was still coming into the cab. The third time they came they left the molding around the windshield indented so it's not uniform. Overall the installation was horrible. I will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Truck got taken in to fix a star chip in windshield. Now they cracked it and are forced to replace whole thing on my dime.... DO NOT USE!

Though Cheap, the person handling my car wasn't wearing a mask. He coughed/sneezed directly into my vehicle multiple times and didn't clean it or even wipe it down after. Clearly not taking Covid seriously and I don't believe i can recommend given what happened. read more

DO NOT waste your time and energy on this company. I had two 8:00 AM appointments for Friday and then Saturday. In each case there were no employees present by 8:45 except a receptionist who showed up by 8:20. on Saturday. Her first response was a technician was due in "any minute" as she had spoken with him on the phone. At 8:45 she said "Sir, I don't know that we have any techs scheduled to work to day. Bought a windshield 2 years ago for $150 installed. Got a rock chip in it and called to see how much the repair is...I was quoted $130 TO REPAIR A ROCK CHIP. I then asked to see how much a new windshield installed would be and was quoted $312. What a joke. How the hell is a repair half the cost of the actual windshield? I told her I would buy the $10 kit and do it myself and hung up on her. You guys fucking suck. The worst possible service you could have ever received I made an appointment for the next day I dropped my car off on time at 11:00 a.m. they had my car in the shop all day telling me they were working on my car when they did nothing to my car didn't have the windshield no one called me it took me going up there and just happening to run into an off-site mobile tech coming back to the shop to find anything out about my car and they drove my car 20 plus miles for no reason considering they didn't even touch my car would not recommend will not go back very upset also considering I'm still waiting on some type of manager to call me back considering they also scratched and damage to my car read more

I called for a quote and the guy was as nice as can be and scheduled me for a windshield replacement. When I got there the two ladies at the front desk they didn't even greet me they just looked up and didn't even leave their computers and asked what I needed. When they replaced my windshield, they left some electrical connectors disconnected related to the pre-collision feature. When the dealer attempted to recalibrate, they discovered connectors disconnected during windshield replacement. Went back to AGN to inform/discuss. I got "Oh we wouldn't have done that". Mind you my vehicle is BRAND NEW! Only service work ever has been oil changes at the dealer. Should've seen the red flags when 2 customers came back for defects and/or malfunctions during my 1.5 hr wait. Should've went with Safelite on this job. Very poor service. I was told for a rock chip repair it would be 30-45 mins. An hour and a half later my vehicle was finally done. The waiting room didn't have enough chairs for customers waiting on their vehicles and it was freezing in there. Will find somewhere else to go next time. read more

Extremely poor experience. I had setup an appointment for today to have the glass replaced in my car. The service appointment window was between 10 AM and 2 PM. No one showed up to to do the work or called to give me any notice that there was an issue. When I called back to the Tulsa office at 2:15 I was placed on terminal hold and ended up hanging up after 10 minutes. I called last week and told the manager Brent to order our new windshield and he said he would have it in 24 hours. I told him I would be there bright and early Monday morning (today) to install it. When we got there, he didn't remember us talking. He didn't order the windshield. He is incompetent and lost a good customer. This was to be my second windshield. We actually had a problem with our first installation on a different car and had it take it back to be fixed. We didn't complain then but we are now. Do you like appointments and getting your work done on time? Then this is not the place for you. I dropped my car off for a 9:15 appointment. They told me when I called at 11:45 that they were working on my car and to just be back by 1:00. It's 1:26, and I've been waiting for 45 minutes. I just checked on my car, and was told that "all they have left to do is prep for the install and put the glass in." So in other words, they still have to do the whole job. What's the point of having an appointment if they don't honor it? I would not recommend this business. read more
