I agree with another review that the employees were helpful and had positive attitudes, but they were not pushing me to buy. Big selection of off-road/dirt bike style gear here as well. They seemed to have a lot in stock, which is cool to see. For a lot of motorcycle gear, I like to be able to put it on in person since sizing of motorcycle gear seems to be different than other kinds of clothing. I ended up buying the V85 without even test riding. He offered a good deal, made into a great deal by the addition of some upgrades and modifications at no additional installation charge. This is a family business, run by a father (Steve), and son (Brandon). Amy is part of the family, too, although we didn't meet and I am not sure of the relationship. The next day I brought it in for "warranty," the owner just accused me, insulted me, and yelled at me. I asked him to check it because it was leaking oil everywhere. They kept it in their shop for 15 days, and when they returned it, they charged me $300 to repair what they did wrong. I also had to buy the cap they had put on incorrectly. Every time he went there they would takes almost months to fix the vehicle when clearly they have scooters and mopeds on sale. In the end it was costing him more money just to wait for repairs. He spoke well of the woman who was part time running it since she was often friendly to him and the mechanic gave him a full detail description of what was wrong and what got replaced. The owner however seemed to be an issue since They would never call him back when they said they would to update him or to tell him a thing cannot be fixed. I convinced my friend to go to another store to get things done since this place either takes forever to fix something or just does not seem to care about their customers. 4 out 10 do not reccomend if you need something done right away.

I have to message or call them to get a status (or lack there of) update. Owner stated he did not care how his employees treated his customers. Didn't care about them charging for work that was not completed. Didn't care that they didn't address the issues. Nor does he need customers. I would look elsewhere. The issues with customer service obviously starts at the top. Matt you should be ashamed. BTW I have screenshots of how they treat their customers! Would give a negative review if I could.
