I traded my 2018 road king in for a 2020 road glide ultra. Got a excellent deal was out the door surprisingly fast, imo myers duren hd is the best dealership that I've been to in a 200 mile radius of Joplin, mo. Where I'm from. A unbelievable professional staff, i was absolutely floored with the process! Customer 4 life! It honestly couldn't be any better. These guys are top-notch! read more

Lisa was very professional and made sure that she got me back in the class as soon as possible. I worked with Adam, Rhonda, Don and Eddie also who are super teachers and keep it honest and keep you motivated, they give real feedback to help you succeed in learning to keep yourself safe and they also let you know when it is time to take a break and start over and practice more on this, I am very grateful for the team that was there the three times that I went and I super happy that I met Lisa who keep me inspired with her tough love and smile. Thank you Lisa and Thank you Don, Eddie, Adam and Lisa you are all just the best of the best. See you soon. read more

I went here to take my MSF course. The coaches were so helpful and patient, the history of the dealership is interesting to learn. They have a great selection of motorcycles, i definitely recommend Myers-Duren to anyone wanting to take there MSF or look for a nice Harley. Sales team is awesome as well, even though I wasn't there to buy a motorcycle I've never met such friendly salesmen! read more

I can't say enough good things about this course. If you're going to get a bike, I'd say this course is the best investment you can make in your own personal safety and enjoyment. Instructors Don, Eddie and Lisa take it personal you leave with the skills you need to not only NOT DIE, but ride with the confidence you need to actually have fun on the road. Fairly certain they've saved my life five times already, and I'm only a couple weeks deep into the game. Don't go into it expecting a walk in the park or some mundane drivers ed equivalent. You'll have your butt on a bike and be put to the test, and you'll be thankful for it later. I'd pay double or triple for the level of personal attention and essential skills I received, and would give these folks 20 stars if I could. read more

I am so thankful for this course. Every struggle throughout this course taught me life saving lessons that I have used on all of my rides. The crew helped me stay strong and encouraged me to see past my fears. I am the one who had to keep pushing myself to do better because they can't do that for you, but Lisa and the whole crew was there every step of the way to knock down my insecurities and help me to see that I could achieve this goal. I most certainly encouraged other women to take this course, including men who have ridden for 20+ years. This course is a MUST! Even if you don't succeed at first, it's better to fail on the course then on the road, so keep pushing until you conquer it. read more

Service department is awesome. Salespeople are helpful without being pushy! I highly recommend this dealer! Two thumbs way up!

Awesome place bought my first Harley from here, 2018 breakout got a great deal. The place was very clean, everyone was super helpful, and a great selection of bikes. They really make you feel like you are part of the family. They remember you every time you go in....... With all that being said SERVICE SUCKS!!! I've taken my bike back 3 times now to get the saddlebags fixed that they put on and they've had my bike for going on two weeks now this time and still not fixed!! They say they will call and it's a 50/50 shot if they will or you will have to call. they say it's on the lift and will be done by the end of the day, show up at 3pm and still not done, ask when it will be done and they say definitely be done by 5:30 so come back at 5pm and sit till 6pm before they finally tell me that it's actually no where near getting done!! The service department is horrid and there is absolutely no communication or respect for your time at all...... Update* The issue has finally be fixed and they did throw in a free service (I had to ask for it though) and the bike was clean and looked good when I picked it up. But there was still a lack of communication the whole time, they definitely need to work on that and treat the customer like they would want to be treated. read more

After learning of the discrepancy I got an apology and bike picked up , fluids changed correctly and replaced starter which what was draining the battery. They do have a lot of people coming in and out so mistakes will be made occasionally but they are quick to make it right . I'm glad they took the extra step and addressed everything to ensure customer satisfaction. read more

This place is packed with motorcycles and everything that go with it. Lots of logo cloths and leather. Memorabilia and trinkets. My husband is the Harley person, my impression of Harley owners of the past 20 years is, they are people who are reliving the misspent youth they never had. My husband bought his current bike from this dealership. The sales people are friendly, but chatting you up is a big part of what Harley has come to represent. The bikes have risen in price, but the quality is improved from past decades. Parts and service are very expensive and hit and miss on quality. This dealer will sell accessories that don't fit the bike and jerry rig to get them to fit. When it doesn't work out, you are stuck with the accessory. Batteries are expensive with a warranty of a year, and my husband has bought a battery yearly the last 3 years for his current bike. Service is scheduled in advance. They do have a key drop box outside Service. read more

This was a frustrating experience. I would say if you are older as I am then don't waste your money. After scoring 100 on the written exam and spending 2 days in the heat, never dropped the bike and was told that I was one of the best in the class by a coach. I did not receive the certificate after I watched 8 or 9 people make the same mistake as I did but somehow they recieved thier certificate, its like they picked me out, what a scam. This has been a unfortunate experience so I will not do anymore business with Myers Duren, they will not get anymore of my dollars. I am headed to the local DMV. read more

***updated review ;)*** Don't bother with this dealership. They are rude, and Route 66 is right down the street with an amazing staff. These pinheads didn't even offer a military discount. Isn't their freedom worth 10%?* ******UPDATE!!!!******** Got a nice letter from them. Please read ;) I wanted to reach back out to you again and let you know that we put in place a 10% discount to former and active Military and First Responders (Police, Firefighters and EMT's). This discount is good anytime and not just one day. In addition, we are also allowing any active and former Military and First Responders to take our Riding Academy class for free until December 31, 2016. We started this program last year at the beginning of 2015 and continued it into this year and allowed First Responders to take the class for free in addition to Military members. This learn to ride class would normally cost a civilian $295 as we provide a motorcycle and teach the students to ride. Once completing the class the students can get their motorcycle endorsement on their license with the state with no additional testing required. For people with their motorcycle endorsement this class also benefits them by allowing those people to apply for an insurance discount for their motorcycle insurance. Thank you again for talking to me last year over the phone. I took your comments to heart and we made some drastic changes at our dealership. Thanks, James McClanahan Assistant General Manager Myers-Duren Harley-Davidson read more

Great shop, super friendly. Be sure to ask for Steve in sales, super Star Wars fan and very cool guy. Everyone here is friendly and make sure you are taken care of. I've not had a single bad experience with these guys. When I get parts they get me setup and done and with a smile. Just wish I had more money and a larger garage for more HD bikes. read more

The riding academy was a completely miserable experience. I didn't expect to be bullied, disrespected, and emotionally abused by the instructor's including the manager. The bike's are crap, the brakes squeak, and they think you're skidding when it's just squealing brakes. Whenever I'd get my confidence up, they'd beat it down. There was 1 instructor out of the 3 that were there, who was actually pretty nice (Amanda), the manager (Lisa) and the other one (Stephanie), need a class on how to encourage, and not beat down a person's self-esteem, by making fun of them. If you are 50 or over, don't bother taking this course unless you are extremely physically fit, and over 5'1", as the shortest seat isn't the only accommodation that you need to ride comfortably, extended reach handle bars are also necessary, and maybe a friction zone that doesn't start at the widest extension your finger's can extend and still hold the clutch. Only the young one's passed, the old one's either dropped out or failed. Really unfortunate that they give criticism, but can't take any. I tried to give a little feedback that I was getting conflicting info from the 2 instructor's (ie. one would say to go faster, then the next one would say to go slower), but the manager got defensive and said my instructor's all teach the same thing out of the book, but that's not what I was talking about. A total waste of $300. Get a motorcycle that fits you, learn to ride it, and test at the Dmv or whatever it's called in this State. Don't buy a Harley before you try out an Indian. They are better balanced bikes. I'm a behavioral/mental health therapist, so I do know the right way to communicate, treat people, and be professional. Sadly they do not. It's really unfortunate that this is the only option for a safety endorsement in this State. I recommend getting safety endorsed anywhere but here. I got 100% on the written test, and a strong gust of wind blew me over after I stopped, and had successfully completed the 1st skill, but that's enough to fail. read more

From the first contact on the phone through the final purchase ~ excellent service, knowledgeable staff... great experience!

By far the best customer service ever! When at Bikes, Blues, & BBQ this year one of our bikes broke down and Pig Trail Harley Davidson said it was unlikely they could look at it until the following week. Unsure what to do or how to even get home, we called Myers Duren and once again they came to the rescue. They sent one of their best techs to Fayetteville and he fixed the bike at our hotel while we were on Dickson. It could have been a ruined vacation if it wasn't for Myers-Duren. I never write reviews but seriously what other dealership would send someone a couple hours away and help customers who feel stranded. They are absolutely the best! Big thanks to Johnny, Krisco and Mike for all your help this year. read more

Biker BEWARE! These guys are horrible. Customer service and care is not their concern. They want your money, and once they have it, they can't get rid of you fast enough. NO service after the sale. read more

Great selection and service. They hosted a group of Women in the Wind riders and we had a great time there. Support this dealership!

After talking to a sales rep about a specific bike to make sure that it was still available, he assured me that it was. I told him we'd be on our way and that it was two hour drive to get there. he called while we were on our way (30 miles) from them to confirm that we were coming, We told him how far out we were and he said ok just find me when you arrive, that is exactly what we did, and just in time to see what would've been my wife's new Freewheeler being pushed out the door by it's new owner. (Not Us). oh, we did get "Sorry" read more

Best buying experience I've ever had. Sales person was knowledgeable. If your going to buy a bike this is the place to do it!

"Jon Cameron was the sales person who helped me trade my 2014 for a new 2016. I had been taken advantage of by another dealer in Tulsa & Jon worked with the finance people & sales manager to get me out of a bad situation. I am so happy to have been treated fairly, honestly, & led every step of the way to get an awesome deal with an awesome bike. Ken went over the finer points of the bike & explained things thoroughly & answered my questions regarding operating the electronics aspects of the bike. The service dept. manager & his mechanics made me feel at ease & at home with their dept. Overall it has been the best experience I've ever had in the 40 + years I've owned motorcycles. I look forward to a continued relationship with the Myers-Duren family. I highly recommend anyone looking for a motorcycle to come to Myers-Duren & just talk with the different departments there & see if you won't be as impressed as I was." read more

The folks at Myers Duren are all willing to help with whatever your needs may be. From sales and service to parts, these folks ROCK!

I purchased a bike from Myers-Duren back in April 2015. Let me say, very high pressure sales. Great bike, but I had to trade-in in June because my wife has decided to go back to college and needs a vehicle. Anyway, I cancelled the extended service protection for the bike on June 13 and now here we are July 22 and I still do not have a refund for the extended service plan. I am told something different each time I call into the dealership and its just getting frustrating. Close to filing a small claims against them. read more

Buying my first Harley was a good experience. My salesman was a pretty awesome guy etc. but I started having issues with the bike The second time I rode it . I brought it in and they replaced something in the primary and again strongly recommended that I bring it in to them for its first service. I was quite irritated that the bike was messed up and even more so that they were still wanting to charge me over $300 to service and check the bike over after they sold me a problem. The service depart said they couldn't authorize a discount of any kind but would talk to the managers and get back with me about it as well as the new fuel gauge that they had to order for me . They way he was talking to me was basically trying to get me to go away. I have yet to receive a call on so much as my fuel gauge or anything else . Needless to say I didn't let them service my bike, I'm personally more than qualified to service it myself so that's what I did . To be honest it runs smoother than it ever did. Most dealerships in that situation would be imbarased about the situation and try to make it right not tell you these things happen and I quote " that's why I ride a Honda". What kind of shit is that? read more
