This dude is super- knowledgeable about the brand, the bike, and everything motorcycle. We spent probably an hour just talking about the bike I wanted. I ended up buying the V85 without even test riding. He offered a good deal, made into a great deal by the addition of some upgrades and modifications at no additional installation charge. This is a family business, run by a father (Steve), and son (Brandon). Amy is part of the family, too, although we didn't meet and I am not sure of the relationship. I am lowering my original score due to not one person from the company has yet followed up, yet they seem to reply to the good reviews. Tim called to tell me my brakes were "shot" and the drums were "all scored up", and that I needed all new assemblies to the tune of $900. I declined and picked up the trailer. Took it to a certified auto mechanic neighbor around the corner who repaired it in his driveway. I walked over and saw. My brake shoes and drums were in great shape; the problem was, wires running to the magnets had broken on 3 of the 4 wheels. Wiring fixed and bearings repacked cost me $260. I had gotten brakes and even a new axle from Hitch It in the past, but I no longer trust them.

The last time I needed it replaced, the auto parts shop did it for me, so I figured it'd be something easy. Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer. Highly recommend!

There are a few people here and there who claim positive interaction with this place but based upon the environment and ownership, I would assume this only pertains to particular groups of people.
