This dude is super- knowledgeable about the brand, the bike, and everything motorcycle. We spent probably an hour just talking about the bike I wanted. I ended up buying the V85 without even test riding. He offered a good deal, made into a great deal by the addition of some upgrades and modifications at no additional installation charge. This is a family business, run by a father (Steve), and son (Brandon). Amy is part of the family, too, although we didn't meet and I am not sure of the relationship. I am lowering my original score due to not one person from the company has yet followed up, yet they seem to reply to the good reviews. They do descent work, but definitely did not take extra care to deliver a polished end result. Again, this is bad business.
