I agree with another review that the employees were helpful and had positive attitudes, but they were not pushing me to buy. Big selection of off-road/dirt bike style gear here as well. They seemed to have a lot in stock, which is cool to see. For a lot of motorcycle gear, I like to be able to put it on in person since sizing of motorcycle gear seems to be different than other kinds of clothing. This dude is super- knowledgeable about the brand, the bike, and everything motorcycle. We spent probably an hour just talking about the bike I wanted. I ended up buying the V85 without even test riding. He offered a good deal, made into a great deal by the addition of some upgrades and modifications at no additional installation charge. This is a family business, run by a father (Steve), and son (Brandon). Amy is part of the family, too, although we didn't meet and I am not sure of the relationship. Steve was great, too, set up the sale and finance, and good follow-up by phone. It was a great experience!

On Monday after Thanksgiving I found this LBS in Yelp. I went to their review and RIGHT ON their website had SEVERAL riding jackets for women! THE 1st jacket I tried on was THE ONE! I looked at a few others but went back to that 1st one and loved the snug fit, soft leather, warm lining and the way it hugged my curves! I ended up with the jacket, a fleece lined neck gator and some leather conditioner. Tuesday I go to the airport and wear my jacket for the 1st time, took it off for security and it ripped on the inside sleeve liner snap-down. That was disappointing What the lining is "supposed to" look like..... and it ripped when I took it off THE 1ST time ..... not real happy if this is the actual quality of workmanship to look forward to. I'm still giving them 5 stars for the selection of jackets and clothing for women, the wall of patches and the amount of gear they carry. I'm going to sew on the snap-down when I get home but they make the jackets there so any hardware repairs can be fixed (by mail for me) locally. One of them went through all the shirts and hoodies from the wall and the racks telling me which products were in the sizes I needed. Beside all the leather in the store, we saw knives, liquor items, zipper decor, caps, vests, gloves, socks and etc. They also had great clearance items! Right now they're giving away a ticket for just coming in, then another ticket for buying items to win a big flatscreen TV. This a store to check out when you're in this area, which doesn't look too great. This part of town is kind of run down.

1 Star - Poor Communication, Excessive Delays, and Questionable Charges…read more I recently had my 2004 Honda VTX1300 serviced at Synergy Motor Works, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Before dropping the bike off, I was told the diagnostic process would take approximately 2 days and repairs would be completed in 2 weeks. Instead, the bike remained in the shop for nearly 5 weeks. The first issue was communication. During those 5 weeks, I received virtually no proactive updates. I had to call the shop weekly, each Tuesday, myself to find out what was going on. After about two weeks, I was finally informed that the air box needed replacement. However, no price was ever provided for the part or repair. While I admit I should have specifically asked for a quote, I expected a repair facility to communicate costs before proceeding. What really raised concerns was the conflicting information regarding the air box. One week I was told the part was expected to arrive Thursday or Friday. The following week, when I called again, I was told the part had actually been shipped on that Thursday. Those timelines simply didn't add up and left me questioning whether the part had even been ordered when I was originally told. The most disappointing interaction occurred when I politely pointed out the inconsistency and mentioned that my motorcycle had already been in the shop for over four weeks. Rather than addressing the concern, I was immediately told, "You're welcome to come get it as is." That response felt unprofessional and dismissive of a customer who had remained calm and patient throughout the entire process. When I finally received the invoice, I was shocked: Diagnostic Fee: $145.00 Oil Change: $162.70 Inspection: $72.50 Air Box Replacement: $337.96 Spark Plugs: $108.30 Total Invoice: $876.31 I was particularly confused by being charged both a diagnostic fee and a separate inspection fee. Additionally, the air box replacement charge seemed excessive considering OEM air box components can be found online for a fraction of that amount. After nearly 5 weeks in the shop, minimal communication, conflicting information, and a bill approaching $900 for what amounted to an oil change, spark plugs, and an air box replacement, I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Everyone makes mistakes, and I've certainly learned to insist on written estimates and part pricing before authorizing repairs. Hopefully this review helps someone else avoid the same experience. Buyer beware. Ask for detailed estimates, parts pricing, and completion timelines in writing before leaving your vehicle. In life you can learn lessons two ways. 1st by seeing others do it right, or by learning from others doing it wrong. Please learn from me doing it wrong. Update: Shop did call, however, didn't go very well. Wasn't allowed to speak, ended with threats that my review would be removed.
