So my reservation was switched- Luckily I noticed as it's a bit confusing on the site. It was easy to change the reservation time though. That was great. Upon arrival they were friendly and helpful. Fast and easy process and explained well. They have me the keys to a van and I went searching. I could not find it anywhere. I went to tell them and they told me to look again. Then I came back and they were like oh it must not be there. Let's get you another key. Which meant another contract. I felt a little frustrated this was not more organized. The van was great- good space for a simple studio. I love that this close to lots of places. I multitasked and got a couch before my move! The return process was via phone and very simple and straightforward. After some documentation and photos I was charged the right amount and out in 10 minutes. Don't love that you have to leave your car across the street in the grass. Thankful for the better process this time.
