Me getting pulled over and my car taken to never be seen again

Sold me stolen car. Bought may 2025. 4 weeks later got pulled over and they told me my car was stolen.

    Error about Light not working

I began working with Ayden, and at first the experience was good. The deal closed on 10/7/2025. However, when the car was delivered, I discovered the rear tire and wheel were missing. Ayden promised to send me the missing tire and wheel, but as of today, 12/9/2025, I have received nothing. I also discovered that the parking light was not working. In addition, I still have not received my title and registration for the vehicle, even though it has been two months. I attempted to communicate with Ayden more than ten times via text with no response, which left me no choice but to file a complaint with the DMV. I am still waiting for my registration to be issued. I had to purchase the missing wheel and tire for $950.00, and I paid $650.00 to repair the rear lights. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Prime Motors. In my opinion, their business practices are dishonest and unreliable.

Bought this beautiful RS3 from them and has been amazing so far!

If anyone is looking to buy a good quality car go to Prime Motor! Made the process super easy! Jay and Aydin were super helpful and very accommodating on all of our questions, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a clean ride 10/10 experience

If you're an out of state Evo buyer, BEWARE. Unless you have the resources and time to go out there and check out the car, look elsewhere. Prime Motors may have lots of evos but they will sell you one "as is" without disclosing what as is exactly means. I was sold an evo x that I was told was in mint condition. Through editing and lightning, the car was made to look in very pristine condition through photos and videos. However upon receiving the car, there was a lot of paint blemishes as well as a giant key scratch across the entire hood. Upon driving it I also heard a loud knocking noise from underneath the car. After paying with my own money to have the car diagnosed, I was told it was the front struts that were bad. Prime Motors have said they would take care of the hood and struts but have yet to do anything. I have gotten quotes for the hood to be fixed and still have yet to get anything resolved. At every single turn I've been forwarded to their finance manager and then to the service manager. It's been a continuous back and forth and running around circle for over a month trying to get these issues resolved. You can look at other reviews on here as well as Reddit where they are notorious for selling cars with problems and not disclosing those issues. "As is" doesn't exempt a business from disclosing all issues. By far the worst experience I've ever had in buying and car and WILL NEVER do this again. Until I get these problems taken care of, my review will stay up. Again future Evo buyers BEWARE. Update: I did receive replacement struts but only after I researched and found them on my own. I still have the giant scratched hood and it seems as if they are planning to do nothing about it. I got this car back in July and have yet received my registration and plates to be able to even drive it. Absolutely has been one of the worst business experiences I've ever had. The one thing I can say is AT LEAST, the car passed smog with zero issues. Hoping I can get all these last issues such as hood and registration and plates resolved soon so I can be done with these guys

catalytic converter covered in putty to conceal issues by Prime Motors
    Lucas L.

If you're looking for a place to buy a car that's not afraid to patch their inventory up to intentionally hide known and expensive issues, this is the dealership for you. Prior to my purchase, the internals of the catalytic converter were disintegrated and cracked externally, which caused an O2 sensor fault during their pre-sale inspection. Their solution was to slather the exhaust with a sealant so the cat would no longer leak and the car would not throw check engine lights/run as it should to ultimately pass a remote DEQ testing method. This is vital to enable the title registration via DMV to continue through their approval process. We all know used cars could have potential issues, but a group throwing band-aids on known issues is not cool. Based on the pictures attached, there is no way Prime Motors mechanics didn't see the white putty all over the cat and flex piping. Especially after the ECU scan shows the O2 rich code fired during their possession. These guys are untrustworthy and I needed my car repaired ASAP, so I had the shop it was already at do the repairs (Parts/Labor = $2300). Prime Motors was and is still unwilling to cover the costs of the repairs. My advice: Find another dealership, get a 3rd party inspection, get financing through your bank or credit union, and demand to see the full contract, if you choose to add an extended warranty, before signing.

Service was solid. Bit of a delay on one message but overall they communicated way better than most places.

Except the first time I met her in a PNW downpour the windshield wiper flapped uselessly like a limp handshake. Replacing the wipers was contractual. Basic safety. A correction to meet the State's prim-and-proper dress code. Still met with a laissez-faire attitude. When I picked her up, her glasses were still broken. I took the fix into my own hands--parts shop on the way home, a couple of tenners, a little elbow grease, done. Next up, the key fob. The emergency key was missing, the kind of detail that only matters when it matters. I brought it up, like an old lover who still believes a wrong turn should end with a nightcap and an apology. Instead, it turned from good cop to bad cop faster than a red carpet turns into a doormat. Then Murphy made a house call. The battery went low. She wouldn't let me in, like a partner who caught me gambling with the rent money. I used my one free call to get a locksmith to bail me out. Time and money burned on something promised on the first date. Next the check engine light blinked into life like it couldn't wait to hand me a bill and a lecture. Still loyal, I went back to them instead of the brand shop off the two one seven. One tip slipped across the bar after another. Reassurance she was safe to take out on the town without having to constantly look over my shoulder. It was just a false trail that kept circling back to the same code I heard on the scanner from day one. I was being led on a wild goose chase and suspected I was the stuffing. After months of silence and no new leads I picked up the phone to reopen the case, like a jilted ex dialing a number I know I shouldn't. The witnesses had "left." The records were "tied up." I was told the specifics about the prior investigation were withheld for "legal reasons." It read like the old standards had left the building, and she'd taken her charm with her. Trusting my first instinct, I took the old girl to the brand shop, the place that spoke her native tongue. They handed me the facts. No passing the buck. No song and dance. Workmanship you could hang your hat on. I'd finally gotten the full meal deal, but I'd lost my wallet in the process. I figured I'd give Freeman one last chance to make things right. I'd played this scene before, back when deals were clean and handshakes meant something. Back then, I had a number in my head and they hit it like a sharpshooter. This time it was a slow middle school dance on a wet gym floor, and every step felt wrong. The numbers didn't add up, even the Kelly Blue Boys gave me the kind of look you save for a three-card monte table. Sure, I could take a bruising, but I hadn't signed up to get rolled. The relationship ended with a love letter that read like a case file, our entire history laid out in black and white, followed by a reply that never came. Freeman was a name I'd trusted since I was a rookie twenty years back, the door I knocked on when I wanted a fair and honest deal, the place I sent friends, family, and associates. Somewhere along the way, it seemed they traded the Freeman name for the Saul Goodman Sunday Special. In this town, some places sell you a promise the way a magician sells you a trick. You watch the shine. You miss the move. I gave them every chance to play it straight, but instead I got a different story each time, ended up with the bills, and found myself alone in the rain without an umbrella. Ragged, like a mark who realized the gig too late, I closed the file, because sometimes that's the only win you get. Take a walk. Don't look back. The rain will wash the footprints away.

Doug Blizzard was very helpful on the front end, answering questions about the vehicle and being honest about any answers he did not have. We scheduled a time for a test drive and Doug gave my wife and I all the time we needed to inspect the vehicle, take a test drive and to ask any questions we had. He again was honest about his responses and anything he did not know. He did not pressure us to buy the vehicle, but gave us plenty of time to think over the transaction. He even came back to his shop later that night to repair/adjust a minor item that we had questioned. From start to finish, the transaction was professional, efficient and five-star worthy!

I had recently gone through a divorce and financing was tricky; Doug was creative and resourceful when other dealerships ghosted me. His relationships with various lenders sets him apart among the competition-if you read the reviews here you'll see that people really hit it off with Doug. I think the same applies with his contacts at the bank-he doesn't just say relationships matter. He proves it by proactive communication throughout the process with everyone involved in the deal. The car itself was super clean and in great shape for an older vehicle. Doug already knew the car since he'd originally sold it to the owners who had brought it back in to trade. The engine light came on a couple days after purchasing the car due to an emissions issue we are trying to get sorted out. Doug was quick to reassure me that he'd take care of whatever was causing the issue. So far him and the mechanic he uses have been great on following through with this promise and have both been very professional to work with. I would highly recommend working with Blizzard Motors. I don't plan on buying a car anywhere else.

I don't often enough, take the time to write positive reviews unless I've been completely blown away... this is one of those times where I've been completely blown away. I spent a great deal of time researching my used car purchase. I was prepared to drive as far as 3 hours away to get the right car at the right price. Like many people, I loathe the car buying process mostly due to the song and dance you usually have to deal with at the dealership. Even the places who advertise "no haggle buying" still make you run the gauntlet of sales pitches for car add-ons like undercoating, car security systems, higher lending rates they tell you qualify for, low-balling your trade-in, ect. After spotting a perfect car at a really competitive price on line at this place, I stopped in to see it. To "prepare for battle" at the dealership, I got approved for an auto loan at my Credit Union, and was firmly prepared to tell them I was going to sell my old car on Craigslist. Sami (the owner) greeted me and immediately took a mellow, no pressure approach. He asked me a couple of questions about why this car, and then gave me the keys to go on a test drive. The car was everything I was looking for, and at a price below what I was willing to spend; no haggling. Sami treated the entire process like a business transaction, not a sales transaction. He is an excellent sales person, but not in a pushy "used car salesman" way. He simply walks you through the process, trying to make sure you've considered all aspects of buying the new car and selling the old car. He then offered me a price for my trade-in that was within what I was going to ask for in on Craigslist... no, hassles with getting it detailed, fixing the curb scratches on the wheels :/, no dealing with Craigslist shoppers. I could not be more pleased with this entire process. Even after the sale, when I needed an extra key ordered and some other little things, Sami & his staff were very willing to help... I know it seems suspicious to see every review for this place at 5 stars, but just go there and see why they deserve all the praise they get. I will be a customer there forever.

I spoke with Sami, and informed him that I will be there the next day at 11 am. By the time I got there, the lot was locked and I can't find a single person. I called him immediately, and he said that he can't come due to some kind of zoom meeting. So I guess he's not interested in showing me or selling his cars. If you cannot even be there due to an emergency, I think it's fair to say that you should inform your customer or let them know in advance. Essentially he wasted our time to drive all the way out there for nothing. Not to mentioning all his cars are way over priced...
