Just bought an immaculate Audi A6. It was a pleasure doing business with Doug. We will definitely buy another car from him in the future.

Doug already knew the car since he'd originally sold it to the owners who had brought it back in to trade.

Except the first time I met her in a PNW downpour the windshield wiper flapped uselessly like a limp handshake. Replacing the wipers was contractual. Basic safety. A correction to meet the State's prim-and-proper dress code. Still met with a laissez-faire attitude. When I picked her up, her glasses were still broken. I took the fix into my own hands--parts shop on the way home, a couple of tenners, a little elbow grease, done. Next up, the key fob. The emergency key was missing, the kind of detail that only matters when it matters. I brought it up, like an old lover who still believes a wrong turn should end with a nightcap and an apology. Instead, it turned from good cop to bad cop faster than a red carpet turns into a doormat. Then Murphy made a house call. The battery went low. She wouldn't let me in, like a partner who caught me gambling with the rent money. I used my one free call to get a locksmith to bail me out. Time and money burned on something promised on the first date. Next the check engine light blinked into life like it couldn't wait to hand me a bill and a lecture. Still loyal, I went back to them instead of the brand shop off the two one seven. One tip slipped across the bar after another. Reassurance she was safe to take out on the town without having to constantly look over my shoulder. It was just a false trail that kept circling back to the same code I heard on the scanner from day one. I was being led on a wild goose chase and suspected I was the stuffing. After months of silence and no new leads I picked up the phone to reopen the case, like a jilted ex dialing a number I know I shouldn't. The witnesses had "left." The records were "tied up." I was told the specifics about the prior investigation were withheld for "legal reasons." It read like the old standards had left the building, and she'd taken her charm with her. Trusting my first instinct, I took the old girl to the brand shop, the place that spoke her native tongue. They handed me the facts. No passing the buck. No song and dance. Workmanship you could hang your hat on. I'd finally gotten the full meal deal, but I'd lost my wallet in the process. I figured I'd give Freeman one last chance to make things right. I'd played this scene before, back when deals were clean and handshakes meant something. Back then, I had a number in my head and they hit it like a sharpshooter. This time it was a slow middle school dance on a wet gym floor, and every step felt wrong. The numbers didn't add up, even the Kelly Blue Boys gave me the kind of look you save for a three-card monte table. Sure, I could take a bruising, but I hadn't signed up to get rolled. The relationship ended with a love letter that read like a case file, our entire history laid out in black and white, followed by a reply that never came. Freeman was a name I'd trusted since I was a rookie twenty years back, the door I knocked on when I wanted a fair and honest deal, the place I sent friends, family, and associates. Somewhere along the way, it seemed they traded the Freeman name for the Saul Goodman Sunday Special. In this town, some places sell you a promise the way a magician sells you a trick. You watch the shine. You miss the move. I gave them every chance to play it straight, but instead I got a different story each time, ended up with the bills, and found myself alone in the rain without an umbrella. Ragged, like a mark who realized the gig too late, I closed the file, because sometimes that's the only win you get. Take a walk. Don't look back. The rain will wash the footprints away.

He is also funny and cool; as one of the other reviewers said, you'd like to have a beer with him. You can work with Mitch in two ways. One: he might happen to have the perfect car for you sitting in his lot already. If so, lucky you! He only sells cars that are in great shape, often managing to find what I call "car unicorns" (one-owner cars with great maintenance records from states without road salt or flooding). Two: if Mitch doesn't happen to have the right car for you, you can use him as a sort of "car sommelier." He'll help you figure out what kinds of cars you might like (which was super helpful for me), steer you away from bad years or bad models, and then, when you know what you want, he'll source you a great car. When the car arrives in PDX, he'll take it to a reputable mechanic to make sure it's in tip top shape. We were definitely going to use Mitch to source a car for us, but, alas, we unexpectedly found our own extremely rare "unicorn" at a different dealer. But I will absolutely use Mitch's services when it's time to replace our next car. In fact, I am looking forward to it. Shocking! Thanks, Mitch. You rock.

Our…read morejourney took us literally all over SW WA From Vancouver to the Canadian border, searching lots throughout Tacoma, Puyallup, Olympia, Everett ,Fife, Edmonds, Bellevue you name it we were not right on the lot we were on the phone speaking to every dealer possible .Than onto and all OVER Oregon from Portland to the border of Northern CA Searching for a certain Mercedes in BLACK Only. Even over east of the mountains. Finding less than 5 total of the cars we were seeking. Plenty of Mercedes of other colors and the smaller types. In early on we did find one just exactly what we wanted at Cascadia Motors...problem being my husband called and asked "RYAN" questions on an off day I guess that pushed a wrong button for them both. When my husband hung up the phone he grumbled, cussed up a storm and said he would not buy a thing from that man as he was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Now being in marketing business ourselves lifelong (not cars) my husband should totally get off days and put up with customers like my husband! We continued our search, finding one other. Always asking the important question DOES EVERYTHING WORK. Being told yes we made the 3 1/2 hr trip to discovery not everything did work therefore the Mrs. said NO making the man of the house less than amused by now. Reminding the wife that little things could be fixed but I held my ground and we made the drive home. Literally 100's more miles traveled hoping someone would trade one in on a new one but no such luck Finally THE MAN OF THE HOUSE SAID HE MIGHT HAVE TO DO SOMETHING HE HAD NEVER DONE BEFORE .... ADMITT HE MIGHT HAVE TO EAT A LITTLE CROW and GO DOWN TO CASCAIDA MOTORS IF THEY STILL HAVE THAT CAR.I wanted to laugh but I didn't as I knew it was THE CAR we truly wanted. So my husband called and made an appointment to view the car. YES they still had it. Cars are only shown by appointment .Luck was on our side, and the fact that most do not want a car that eats gas like we do .COMFORT ALWAYS FIRST IN OUR HOME We arrive and are met by a well dressed handsome young man that opens the car door and walks away...I yell to him WAIT COME BACK HERE.STOP... If you are looking for a SALES MAN you will NOT FIND ONE AT CASCADIA .They are they to SHOW CASE CARS THEY DON'T SELL CARS .So if you go there to be SOLD on a CAR FORGET IT. NOT PUSHY AT ALL. They simply say here is the car and walk off. Not like any car lot I have ever been to .The others run at you like vultures ready to gobble you up! If you have questions wait until; you are ready to go find them they aren't going to be coming looking for you.Want to go out for a test drive OK See ya later.. The VERY BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO when it comes to looking at car. Can't say enough good about them. My husband proceeded to tell Ryan why it took him so long to come in and see that car, 3 or 4 phone calls and FINALLY he signed on the dotted line but not before he told Ryan he had called him a RUDE A %*^&* 5 lol lol lol lol and Ryan had felt the same about my husband on the other end Before all was said and done they both were laughing and joking around for half the afternoon away. YES WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOT FOR BUYING YOUR NEXT LUXUARY CAR but remember you will have to be the SALESMAN they won't be PS I was very impressed at how knowledgeable Ryan is about the Mercedes we purchased , many of the Mercedes Dealers we spoke with didn't know as much .He really knows his cars and does his homework! A+++ Ryan And YES, EVERYTHING WORKED right down to the cigarette lighter and massaging seats, if they say they do it will be as they say. Very Happy Customer Crickett Hoar

He even showed us listings for vehicles at other dealerships so we could compare and contrast and be sure we were getting the best deal. Every possible benefit and drawback to the vehicle was explained to us clearly so we could make an informed decision. Buying a car is the kind of experience I normally dread, but this one was completely pleasant. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!

So, there was this lady out driving around on February 1, 2023, and she wasn't paying attention to my car going through the intersection and I couldn't avoid her. I'll spare you all her drama and hysterics. End result, this particularly unpleasant lady's negligence resulted in my car being totaled. After what I thought was an appropriate mourning period, I felt ready to welcome another Ford Escape back into my life. Finding right one was a tiresome process. Some didn't match their profile photo, and that was just a deal breaker. I wanted to have my dads blessing when I thought I found one I could be happy with. He inspected the profile and agreed. So yesterday afternoon we drove to Barron's Auto Sales and Details. It was pretty much love at first sight. My soon to be 2010 Ford Escape was just sitting there all golden and gleaming in the sunshine peeking through the clouds. We got the keys and me and my dad took it for a little test drive. I felt right at home sitting behind the wheel. My dead was impressed with the way it drove. We both agreed I should buy it. My finances were limited as I haven't been paid for my beloved 06. We went into the office and met Hugo Lara and discussed a price we were both happy with. I'm almost embarrassed to admit this but I've never bought a car on my own. Ive always used my own money but my dad has always been there and I'm so grateful for that. So I thought I was going into this with pre approval. Nope. So I'm also grateful for Mr. Lara for giving me a brief education on how pre approval works and his efforts to secure an auto loan for me with a reasonable monthly payment and interest rate. Thank you Hugo Lara for making a used car purchase a pleasant experience. 2023 Review-#5

And two weeks later, I even got a follow-up from both the service team and finance team just to check in and make sure everything was going well. That level of care and communication really sticks with you. Overall, just a solid, positive experience from start to finish. We canceled the warranty on a vehicle 4/6/26 in writing sent to the email address they provided us with. Well they've been giving us the run around. Called the warranty company they said they aren't even the ones that refund the money. The dealership is and the dealership never actually contacted them to cancel our contract. I purchased a Land Rover Defender from Diplomat Motors (DP). The staff was friendly for the most part, and the facility itself is beautiful and gives a strong first impression. Unfortunately, the experience with the vehicle has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after purchase, the check engine light came on. DP did address this by replacing a sensor at no cost, which I appreciated. However, the issues didn't stop there. The vehicle continued to shake when braking, which led me to have it independently inspected, something I now wish I had done before purchasing. That inspection revealed multiple leaks and additional concerns that should have been identified during routine maintenance. Given that DP provided maintenance records and also worked on the vehicle (including the O2 sensor repair), it's concerning that these issues were either missed or not disclosed. These are not minor problems, they are things a thorough inspection should have caught. To make matters worse, I purchased a $5,000 warranty, yet the car has already been in the shop three times, costing me over $1,600 out of pocket for repairs that were not covered. Overall, while the customer service and presentation were solid, the condition of the vehicle and lack of transparency around its true mechanical state have made this a frustrating and costly experience. I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before purchasing any vehicle from DP. If that's what you decide to do.
