When it comes to electrolysis, there is no one better than Ivana! From the time I met her for my consultation, she immediately made me feel welcome and gave me specific recommendations for my skin type. Ivana is always patient with getting every little hair and always checks in to make sure that you are okay during the process. She is extremely skillful in gauging the type/intensity of current to use (which is adjusted based on your pain level and the hair removal results you have been seeing). My name is Betsy Soares. I started electrolysis in June of 2016 due to what would bring me to tears every time I looked in the mirror, and that was my facial hair, which I was told to shave when I was younger. I would not allow anyone to come close to me or even touch my face because my face felt stubbly, like a man's face. I had facial hair since Jr. High, and thought I could live with just shaving, which was an everyday chore, but I couldn't. I would get up earlier than family members, friends, boyfriends, before they would see the hair, and due to not wanting to be in the way; but to me that was not living.
