I'm always impressed by the price- we usually drop off about 10 shirts an 5 or so slacks, and our total is about $25. We once took out laundry to Pilgrim cleaners and the same load was $75! I'm not positive on their prices, but I know that a comforter laundered is $10, and my suit plus shirt cleaned and pressed came out to be a total of $9.75- not too shabby! Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they became disrespectful and even went so far as to leave negative reviews on my business page, despite never visiting my salon. I was also called the "N" word and told to take my business elsewhere. It is completely reasonable for a customer to request a correction, but this business made it clear they do not value or respect Black customers. The staff member running the location was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. I have since returned to my previous laundry service, even though it is farther away, because I prefer to be treated with dignity and respect.
